Was followed around by a young man obviously looking for shoplifting. I normally respect that. But way beyond what it should be. Confronted him. Very self righteous. I asked a emplyee about him. Name of Williams. Just warning of all who shop there. Won't shop there again.

Not the biggest Macy's I have ever seen but they have a really nice selection of clothes and shoes. I always find something that is nice and a good price. They are great at helping you find things.

The woman at the sunglasses hut literally has the worst attitude I've ever experienced in life. Also the area was dirty and the store had a stench in it. Stopped in while visiting town to get a shirt, but wouldn't recommend this location for anything.

i bought a king size electric blanket and this is the 2nd year and it doesn't even turn oln. its a beddingform blanket with a warrenty.

Every one in awhile I forget how customer unfriendly Macy's is, then I get lured in with a great deal (Black Friday) in this case and forget. The first reminder is I'm charged more than double the advertised price. The second is in small print ... after rebate. I manage to locate and print rebate forms...for a store credit no less meaning I have to shop there again. Process to fill forms in and attach all documents is a hassel. Now I get to wait 6 weeks or more for this stupid rebate. I've learned my lesson. I hate rebates. Just give me the goddamed price advertised. We'd both be happier.

Pick up ordering was great! This was my first time and I would do again during this pandemic and Christmas shopping. I checked in on the app saying I had arrived and what parking spot I was parked in. The employee brought out my item after a couple minute wait and placed it in my trunk as the directions on the email said. The employee was very friendly and was wearing a mask. I appreciate Macy's customer service with pick up ordering and will use again!

We had a wonderful experience shopping for men's cologne over the weekend. The employee was very helpful, friendly and respectful of social distancing rules. We tried many scents and ended up buying two fragrances. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Love this Macy's! The "At your service" desk is always very helpful and quick. I had a couple returns today and in the midst of everything going on they were so helpful and cheerful keeping conversation going with guests. The wait was nothing like I thought it would be. I love the selection that Macy's offers that I don't have to go shopping all over town to fit my families needs. Now as for Backstage... I can't say enough good things about backstage. The prices are unbeatable and the things you can find are great. Now I do like the selection of the backstage at Tri-County more, but I still have not been able to leave once without buying something that catches my eye. If you have been to Macy's but not the backstage section they have opened up look it up and make sure to check it out when you go in. You will thank me later.

I just moved to Dayton from Colorado two months ago and purchased a new home. I needed to buy a few home furnishings as I had to leave some things behind when I left Colorado. I have a Platinum Macy's card that I have paid off and planned on using it to purchase a couple of nice chairs, a rug and a piece of patio furniture which was no where near my limit. I was shocked when my order kept getting cancelled. When I tried to inquire why, they said It was because my address changed, huh? So I re-ordered the items again for a 4th time this time it said my card was declined and no reason given!!!! I honestly believe it is some RACIST BULLCRAP stemming from someone who works in customer service at Macy's that is doing this illegally. I am an honest paying customer and you MACYS have racist ugly people working for you behind the scenes. No way should my card have been declined for no reason other than you not liking that I was able to pay the bills. That's stupid!!! You have to give me a good reason for declining my card other than my address changed I'm not a dummy!!! I was upgraded from gold to platinum 3 years ago for paying my bills off and on time!!! You are another business that hates to see black people have nice things, that's the problem!!!
