Horrible nail salon. I got short, VERY SHOT nails, with French tips and flowers and this salon made me pay 106$. The nail tech was rude, unprofessional, and it seemed like she was watching her phone or something. She squirted nail oil all over us, and didn’t even say a word. HORRIBLE salon never coming back.

Came in to get one nail repaired and the gentleman that was repairing it got an attitude when he didn't understand the colors I wanted and started becoming argumentative and got an attitude beyond one a female would get. The whole time I was trying to explain to him the color choices and how Abby(Original nail tech) had used her own colors and I was just matching them up. He wouldn't listen, constantly talked over me, all the while I'm speaking calmly asking him to calm down and to just LISTEN. Absolute ridiculous behavior over nail color choices that he didn't understand that were choices given by the SALON! So I then ask to speak with the manager and he was no better at listening and trying understand my frustration/confusion with his beyond emotional MALE nail techs. I felt COMPLETELY DISRESPECTED AND UNHEARD! Very poor customer service from "Management" and male nail techs. SMH Thank goodness for other establishments that actually know how to treat thier customers! This is NOT THE ESTABLISHMENT WHERE MALE MANAGEMENT NOR MALE NAIL TECHS INTERACT WITH FEMALE CLIENTELE IN THE PROPER MANNER!!! The MALES ARE MORE FOCUSED ON BEING ARGUMENTATIVE EVEN WHEN YOU'RE NOT. The vibe gives they're right and you're not!

I just had the best pedicure experience as a walk-in with a nail technician who goes by the name of T1. He was efficient, accommodating and he gave me the design that I asked for so easily and perfectly. I love my toes. I will look to book with him again.

The man who did my pedicure used a pumice stone or buffer on my leg. While exfoliating my legs I felt a severe scratching sensation, looked up, and he was using a tool that appeared to be either a pumice stone or buffer. I told him to stop immediately. It was literally the craziest thing ever - he obviously had no clue what the various tools were to be used for. I had severe abrasions with the skin scraped off my leg that I showed to management. They acknowledged that it should not have happened (obviously) but still requested payment for the service even though the polish job was also terrible. They absolutely should not have charged me anything and should have told me to contact them if I needed medical attention. I will never be returning.

I have visited Lux Nails and Spa several times and have always had an amazing experience. Karen and her mom, sorry I don't recall her name, are just awesome. They are super friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I have been greeted as soon as I walked in the door every time. I would highly recommend them for beatiful work and a friendly experience.

It was by chance that I came to Lux and I am SO GLAD I did!! Every time I walk in the salon, I am greeted and immediately can recognize how clean and beautiful the salon is. They have a wide range and services and colors to choose from and their pricing is great in my opinion! I have been going to Lux for many years now and will continue to go there! All the girls are so nice and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

I went in here a week before my wedding to get my nails done and two other girls. I expressed to them that these nails are for my wedding. I am so disappointed and unsatisfied with our nails. For my daughters i had to go back the next day because her color was coming off and all over her hands, they were gel, and the acrilic sat so high off her nail it was taller than her knuckle. They gave me grief that i was upset over my daughters nails. Told me that her nails had to be that thick. I spent 300 dollars on nails that day. The nails that were 100 for one set was the one i had to het redone. By the time my wedding got here my nails were peeling up from the edges. Will never go here again!! And to top it off while im getting my nails done the owner was complaining about other girls canceling on her and how they made her miss out on money. I can see why they canceled.

They were very kind and got us right in however, I’m confused as to why I paid for two pedicures at 32.00 a piece before tax all for them not to scrap and scrub our feet. Any place else does that with a basic pedicure. I won’t be going back if there can’t be more of an importance on this. Not to mention the girl who did my toes was scared to do a clean out of the beds of my toenails. One of her elders had to do so. I loved the older lady who did that for me. That was one of the positives.

Today my daughter and I had our nails done at Lux Nails & Spa. The lady that Service my daughter was rude and cold. My daughter kept apologizing to her. When my daughter said she want tips nails, the lady reply with it’s call a set. Then when the lady ask her to wash her hands, my daughter didn’t know if she should dry her hand with a hand towel or paper towel. That lady reply with I said paper towel. So my daughter apologized again. Hello my daughter is 11 years old. She didn’t try to talk to my daughter, she was to busy watching her phone. Teach your nail tech how to treat people and how to talk to people. It’s not a good customer service. We are not coming back…
