We purchased our first Lexus last month with Spencer at the pre owned center. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and exceeded our expectations. The entire experience was very professional. How refreshing! We had been to several other dealerships, looking for a particular F Sport with certain options. Spencer and Lexus of Dayton stood out above the rest by a long way. I was happy the car we were looking for ended up coming from there. Highly recommend.

Kimberly was AMAZING!! She was extremely kind and patient with me as it was my first time ever buying a car!! She cared more about me and what would best set me up with success than selling the car and I truly appreciated it especially with how stressful buying your first car can be! I ended up with a beautiful red Subaru and I am obsessed!! I was never pressured and they worked with my budget! I left so happy, and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I could never recommend Kimberly enough, please go see her and trust you are in the best hands! Thank you Kimberly for everything!!

Purchased a used vehicle at Lexus of Dayton in August 2023. Vehicle immediately had issues starting. Contact them for assistance, played phone tag for weeks. Finally got the vehicle in to be looked at, no diagnosis could be made. Lexus sent the vehicle to another mechanic. After two months no diagnosis could be determined. Left a bad Google review and in response to my review, I was asked to email the store manager to improve the situation. I never received a response. I was stuck with the car and it's starting issue until, six months later the engine failed. The $4k extended warranty I purchased through Lexus won't cover the repair. After discussing the issue with a new mechanic, it sounds as if the original issue could have been resolved for $1k. Currently the repair estimate is $14k, which I can't pay. I called Lexus for advice or assistance and was told there was nothing they could do, "you purchased the vehicle as-is." Car is likely going into voluntary repossession. Thanks, Lexus, for setting the standard for terrible dealership experiences. I will never shop Lexus again.

Today, I went to Lexus of Dayton to collect my Lexus LS 460 after being at the dealerships for 7 weeks. Dave Davis was the representative that I was assigned. He was rude and insulting to me. What awful customer service. He easily lies smoothly. The car is repaired but before I was able to get my car. He called my bank 4 times to ensure the money I owed Lexus, that I actually had in my bank checking account. I thank the lord that banks don’t arbitrarily give out customer information over the phone. I was so insulted by this rude man’s actions right in my presence. He said that Lexus had been burned twice by customers. What did that have to do with me? Nothing. Anyway I verified that my check was good. But if this is the way honest hardworking customers are treated, I would not recommend Lexus of Dayton to anyone. If you choose to work with them, I hope that you don’t have Dave Davis as your representative. How sad!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I don’t have a lot of money and he didn’t make a lot of money off of my deal, but he treated me like I was the richest person he’d ever worked with.
