The worst pharmacy ever. This is the 5th time I called to refill myMeds and they told me it would be ready. I showed up at the pharmacy after the ready time, nothing was done and their attitude was not good. They don’t even care that they made mistakes. It is like it is not their job to do the work but full of excuses about under staffed. Every time I go there they have at least 4 people there. Proficiency? Training? Customer services? None of them exist in this pharmacy.

I just bought some eye drops, then when I compared to other pharmacies, I realized they are about 250% more.I was pressed for time to change to a different pharmacy, that much difference on multiple drugs is shear greed or incompetence, or exploitation of the location. Shame on you.

Absolutely awful pharmacy. Never has anything on time and they screw up orders often. I would probably go to any other pharmacy over this one. They are chronically understaffed too.

Worst pharmacy in the area. Disrespectful waiting on hold for 30+ minutes just to ask if a script is ready for insulin. The people inside are rude. Moving pharmacies.

Can be slow but fantastic on finding the best discounts. Just plan on doing some shopping while you wait.

Really poorly managed. Many times I have shopped there and there were NO shopping carts! Shelves are often half empty and the Pharmacy is HORRIBLE!

Extremely rude to my wife. She went to pick up a Rx and he assumed she couldn’t pay for it and spoke to her in a condescending manor. She had to leave. We had paid 100s of dollars online for the Rx that was to be picked up but we have taken our business elsewhere now. NOT PROFESSIONAL

If I could give it a negative rating, I would the people that work there are always so incredibly rude and I’ve never had to wait less than a half an hour, and if you go through the drive-through, you might as well forget about it because it’s always been an hour wait I’ve been going to Kroger for seven years to get my medication spelled N since I’ve been coming to the Centerville locationl, the service has been absolutely beyond horrible and they never even apologize for being rude or further wait
