Prescriptions are never ready. I’ve been notified for pick up and waited until the next morning just in case. Still waited 30 minutes for them to start filling.On top of that, billing is always incorrect once you finally get to counter. This is not a one time experience, we’re talking every time.

Amber is so unprofessional and RUDE! Her customer service over the phone is completely unacceptable. She hung up on me & I don’t understand how that is even okay. I will definitely be switching pharmacies.

Nice people who mean well, but the service, in the end, is deplorable. After waiting in line for a half hour (only one person helping customers) I was told that I had to wait another hour for my prescription, which had been called in the day before. NO EXCUSE FOR THAT. I am going to estimate that 50% of the time you go to pick up an order there, you do not come out with your filled Rx....always one excuse after the other. Sorry, but the Walgreens across the street is MUCH BETTER. Bye Krogers!

I think I need to find a new pharmacy. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I can't seem to get my meds on time. I do have many severe spine problems. My dr. Orders and I always have to call to see if my medication is ready.last month I sat @ drive thru approx. 45 minutesI moved for 4 months. Urbana had my meds ready and I would get the call to pick up in a short time after rx was sent in by dr.

I wish I had the option to give 0 stars! Horrible. I called to transfer my scripts to this store because I was in the area and I really needed my inhaler. Not only were they not ready but they claimed my home store didn't release my info. Said it would be 30 before the other store called. Mind you I called hours ago!! This should have been taken care of before I got to the store! Now I am sitting in the waiting area and going to be late for class!

Wish Ryan was head Pharmacist. He does good job trying to keep things going smooth. The lady pharmacist is not that knowledgeableThere are a few staff members that are very rude they should not be working in a customer service job. Wish they would get more courteous people they are bad about not having medications in stock and not filling scripts for days after you request refills. I would change but it's close to my house.

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they'll be. We've had a few times where we've had to go 2-3 times or calling ahead, which no doubt compounds the problem since they're answering phones instead of filling prescriptions. Normally this isn't an issue because I order refills ahead of time, but I've now been up half the night ill because they didn't get my prescription filled for a new medication in a timely manner. This pharmacy used to be the most convenient, but I'm going to have to find another that will actually get my medications filled.

Dropped off a prescription was told it'd be an hour. Came back an hour later. A lady said 1 prescription was filled and she'd be right back. 15 min later they just send all 3 through. Didn't say anything. Not even a here you go. Very unfriendly staff. Don't know if they need paid more or if you need different staff but that sucked. And they don't put they pill bottles in bags stapled or anything? They sent the bags separately from the bottles.

They never have enough people working . Every single time I get any med here ,the tech says, "after 2 tomorrow " but it is always 4 days later til they actually have it. Ugh hate this. It is always "we have to order it " which I understand but it never gets ordered when they say they will order it. Even something S basic as amoxicilian.

Multiple times I've called orders in a few days in advance. Show up, and they always need 30 minutes to work on it. Pretty sure they don't touch your order until you come in to get it..

Good luck using the drive thru, they never answer it. I understand being short staffed... but if you are, just leave a sign that you don't have drive thru services to not waste everyone's time.I waited 40min and didn't get a response. I went inside and appreciate being helped, but they couldn't give me a straight answer. Again, we are all short staffed in Healthcare services... just tell corporate to shut down the drive thru until you have more staff and put a courteous sign outside thats not a piece of paper.

Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a prescription online. Four days later they still had not filled it. The lady told me they would have it in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I was asking where it was. I have a Kroger prescription card. She tried to charge me almost three times what she should have. This is a common occurrence at this pharmacy. I’m going to try another Kroger before I dump them.
