“I got a replacement phone through Google and I had trouble activating it due to eSim that Pixel phones run on. Along with my old Pixel phone had no display so I could not transfer the eSim to my new one. I went to this location on 6/20/24 about 7ish. I was greeting as soon as I walked in the store with a helpful how are you doing and how can we help you. I didn't catch his name but on the receipt from buying my wife a phone case while we were there didn't have a name but has sales rep # ****374. He was very helpful and patient as I fumbled through explaining my issue. Once he knew what I needed to get done off he went clicking on his terminal and my phone. While he worked, we pleasantly chit chatted to help pass the time. With in a few minutes he handed me my phone and said I was good to go. Very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Thanks!”

“After somehow screwing up the logic on my phone, I took it to my local T-Mobile store (#2SPC) in Dayton, Ohio. Their Mobile Expert, Sarah Wesley, cheerfully had it fixed in less than five minutes. She also made a couple of new suggestions for how to use the device more smoothly. While I was there, I noticed the other associates were treating their clients nicely as well. Sarah was exceptional however, and I'm really hoping she will still be there the next time I have to go back.”

“I'm giving 5 ? to this store due yo excellent service that I received from Cally 3 days ago at this store, she spent one hour with me assisting me with my new Tmobile phone.i purchase the phone from store on Miller Ln in Dayton 1 week prior. I went to Miller Ln to change telephone service from At& T (I had service more than 20 years) I got a new phone there after I was told that they could not transfer info from my old phone to new.. I went back a week later to same store help with phone, did not get any, I also went to another tmobile on Wenger Rd and person there was no help. Finally went to N. Fairfield Rd store, where I was able to resolve all problems, thanks to Cally, she is truly a very knowledgeable person and very patient as I had many questions. Thank you again for your time and service..”

“Went in 45 minutes before closing and met with Alex. Wife's phone reset itself and had issues with the Apple ID. Asked Alex if he'd ever seen this before, he stated "No", I got a little worried, was thinking I'd be spending some money replacing the phone, but 20 minutes later, Alex had the phone working like new. He was a professional, used his own phone to look for additional information about the problem I brought him, never doubted himself. Can't say enough good things about Alex or the rest of the staff @ this location. Any issues or concerns have been handled immediately and resolved quickly. Never any billing issues, same amount auto deducted every month. App works well, if there's a problem, call the store, if they can't resolve it over the phone, then in person they'll handle it. It's seamless and one less thing I have to worry about. We tried the home wifi, sadly, it didn't work well enough for us, NO hassle returning it, no upselling or haggling. Just said OK and provided a return UPS label. Check these folks out if you're in the market to switch or sign up for cellular service, you won't regret it...”

“Awesome experience overall and my issue was resolved quickly and respectfully. Jack was very understanding and patient while I tried to figure out my account information to activate my SIM card (I am still so sorry about that!). I really couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially after having a bad day. Even the other customers at the time seemed to enjoy the light atmosphere and we all exchanged some fun conversations. I left with a working phone that actually remains connected to mobile data and with the best deal I could have asked for. It definitely felt surreal encountering polite customers and and employees who still felt motivated to help! It really is something that I will think about for a while and continue to be grateful for. I hope they all know that they are appreciated. Thank you!”

“I went to Spectrum at the Greene on Saturday, May 13. I needed urgent help with my mobile business line by Monday morning. Krystal took charge! After spending some time on the issue she succeeded, which I didn’t doubt for a minute! She is very knowledgeable, kind, respectful and friendly.
