I was greeted upon arrival. I was kept well informed. The facility was outstanding. The only reason I did not give five stars is the parts I needed replaced were not available; so I had to come back a second day to complete my repair.

What a great experience! Although I was in the market for a modest pre-owned vehicle, I was treated with great courtesy and in no time, became the delighted owner of a QX50. Fabulous Infiniti styling, best warranty in the business, and a really lovely sales team: special thanks to Tony J and Jerome!! Can't say enough about this this Infiniti dealership.

Time was not on my side a few weeks ago as I was in need of a vehicle. I needed to purchase something quickly that would be more reliable as my vehicle was in need of repair. My friend recommended Evans Infiniti. I spent an agonizing morning and afternoon at another dealership which was not reputable in my estimation. I finally listened to my dear friend's advice and came to Evans Infiniti in Dayton late that same afternoon. I should have started my vehicle search/shopping day there. I was blessed with a wonderful experience. My friend had called ahead and spoke with Christian. Christian was wonderful to work with as he was extremely patient with answering all of my questions. I now know why my friend strongly encouraged me to do business here. I was able to purchase a certified QX50 within two hours. Thank you for being a reputable business which is is supportive of their customer base. FYI...my friend bought another Infiniti the very next day. Lol I have been spreading the word about your wonderful dealership while highlighting the manufacturer's warranty, the VIP perks, and the respectful and supportive staff here at the Infiniti dealership, especially Christian. Thank you again as I will be a loyal patron!

Great buying experience! Toney assisted us, gave us plenty of time to shop & compare as well as the right amount of privacy to talk it over. Jerome also assisted and was a pleasure to deal with as well. Even the finance guy, Christian, was pleasant to work with. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend Evans Infiniti of Dayton!

I brought my q50 in because i believed the turbos were blown. after having the car for nearly a week and doing over 2000$ dollars in repairs i got the car back. The service advisor told me the noise i was hearing was my bad wheel bearing which he replaced as well as an axle for some reason. He said 4 master techs looked at it and said the turbos were fine. issue wasn’t fixed the turbos were still blown and i spent 2000$ for literally no reason. ended up having to go to another shop to get it diagnosed again. if u want incompetent mechanics bring your car here.

He made sure to called me to give me updates, he even gave me new ideas to solve my problems i want to genuinely thank that man for not treating me like a random and actually taking his time to help me out

I had an excellent car buying experience here. Tony Pinto and his manager Jerome are both very professional, friendly, and helpful. They gave me honest price quotes and generous offers without being pushy. I have had previous dealership experiences where it took several hours of back and forth negotiating with a minimal discount or compromise. Not only did Tony and Jerome provide a reasonable offer on my trade in, but they also went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe for my baby and me. Also, they promised delivery of my car on a Friday. I am so used to delays that I was expecting the car to not be available until Monday. To my surprise, they kept their promise and delivered on Friday! I am very happy about the entire process and look forward to working with this dealership again. I highly recommend this dealership!

My only dissatisfaction as a loyal customer is, I was charged for a tire rotation for tires I purchased through them. That is not customary at most businesses.

I would first like to start off and say My Sales person Angie Thacker was great sales lady Excellent!! But the car used I bought which I love the next day the check engine came on. I brought the car back to the dealership had to wait 2.5 hours while they checked the car over to see what’s wrong with it. The fact that I had to wait at the dealership for over two hours is ridiculous they didn’t offer a loaner car and I just had bought the car less than 48 hours ago. I also mentioned to them the brakes vibrate, they checked that as well. Come to find out something on the engine is missing and my brakes and Rotors are corroded. My sales person told me my car was fully serviced and checked over when I was buying it, but it couldn’t have been. Now at this point I’ve had my car a week it’s loud sounds like a Diesel truck. I just want my car fixed because I love it so much and it’s what I wanted. But I’m very disappointed all the way around coming from Lexus and BMW the service department I’ve never had to sit for over 45 mins without being offered a loaner car. I just want my car fixed. All I want!
