We got a virtual appt with Jennie in early April. Before this we submitted all our documents to her and then went over the details during the meeting. At the end we requested to file our taxes with her and she told us she'd fit us in. Fast forward to tax deadline, we haven't heard anything from her since the meeting. We called the H&R block office multiple times and were told she'd call us back. She never called us back, never reached out to us, and never filed our taxes. At the end, we had to get an emergency appt with another location to work through some of the extra paperwork we needed for our taxes.Extremely disappointed with this location and would not recommend. I generally don't write 1 star reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else in the position we were in. I understand that tax season is busy - but she should have declined to do our case if she couldn't fit it in. Just not responding and not doing it after agreeing to is unacceptable.

My husband and I just moved to this city and were so happy to see an HandR block less than half a mile from or new home. We have always trusted HandR block but were not prepared for how we were treated today. There was no receptionist so we sat down a quietly waited....for 30 mins. No receptionist ever came out to speak with us and FINALLY a woman with black hair walked out of one of the small offices, noticed us sitting there, IMMEDIANTLY turned on her heels, walked back into her office and closed the door. We are currently driving to the next city over to see if a different location actually wants our business. Pretty disappointing.

My agent or representative was courteous and attentive to my tax needs, She made me feel like I was the only customer she has to deal with. She was thorough and detail in helping me to maximize my return. Debby highly represented the firm with professionalism and care toward me. I felt valued even though my wage was minimum.
