“8/28/24-Would be a solid 5 star location and experience but the employee who who checked me in today Derrek was not very friendly or professional, he snatched my ID and credit card out of my hands and didn't even say a word until it was time to swipe my card.
Also, the ghetto parking pass was a bit strange for such a nice area.
Other than those 2 things, the rest of the staff and hotel were amazing. After Derrek left 2, the ladies were super friendly and helpful, even printing things out for me in color.
Clean and extremely well maintained hotel here.. the room smelled clean and fresh when I walked in. The evening meal was great, very enjoyable experience after the initial Check in.
Food & drinks: There is an onsite pantry with good and drinks, along with some essentials.”
“I attended the colorguard competition this past weekend. The convention center was SO nice … as was the competition being held there. The parking garage was attached with a covered walk way. BONUS The place spotless and workers were beyond friendly.”

“The Hotel was very nice. It was clean, the beds were fine, not the mattress i would have chosen but everyone has their own preference. We slept very well. The breakfast was very good, good selection of hot foods and it was filled with fresh foods frequently so it was always fresh. For the price it was a great choice. We would stay there again.”

“We are looking forward to the rooms being renovated. We had some issues with our room, but the staff was quick to fix all the issues. Very accommodating, Sonali and GM were helpful when we needed help. Hopefully when room renovations are done the inside area around pool will be painted. Minor things need to be done around property but all in all the people made it better.”

“We recently had a family reunion and this was our host hotel. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our event. The meeting room was clean and spacious. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
