How hard is it for an employee to do their job!? We pulled up 5 minutes before they closed with 3 items to drop off. The guy rolls his eyes when he sees us drive up and slams the door closed. Then when we try calling, he just shoved his head out and yelled at us that they’re closed and then slammed the door again. Sorry you hate your job so much, maybe you should try finding a new job if you hate working there so much that you feel feel the need to so blatantly rude. You still had a few minutes before close and it was only 3 things. Not that hard. Very rude. Very unprofessional.

As soon as we handed the staff our box, they immediately flipped it upside down and dumped everything out with zero regard for what was in the box. We heard everything clatter and it even sounded like something broke. It felt like a slap in the face after donating our still very nice belongings. We will definitely be donating somewhere else from now on.

Very rude guy saw me drive in 3 minutes before close and locked up and yelled at me saying "were closed we open up at 8" got in his blue car and drove off ?

Helpful attendant who should get a raise! There was some impatient man who drove to behind my car, trying to drop off while the attendant was helping me unload donations. Then that man name called the attendant because he asked him not to drop off until I was finished. The attendant was very professional despite the man behind me who thought he was too important to wait for 2 minutes in a line.
