I love this Fox Cleaner's! You should consider closing at least at 6 pm. Most people get off work at 5 and do not have time to pick up their cleaning! I tried to make it after work three times to pick up my order and you were closed!

I have been using cleaners for 33 years. Non have even remotely compared to Fox Cleaners in Dayton. They understand how to make the experience easy to use and their delivery service is flawless. The best part is that I can count on my shirts to be perfect every time. I highly recommend Fox Cleaners.

While I do still think items are over priced, it should be noted that nearly every place I shop has raised prices. The services and cleanings are very good at Fox Cleaners, and for those reasons I will continue to go there. It should also be noted that the previous post about the smell of Marijuana in no way suggested that it was the employee causing the smell, but that it was very likely customers who had just visited the store, as that smell has become much more prevalent nearly everywhere I go. A recent experience at a store, where a couple of guys smelled strongly of marijuana stunk up the entire section I was shopping in, and after they left, the smell lingered strongly for a while. I even wondered if other customers who walked by me thought maybe the odor was coming from me. Overall, Fox Cleaners does a nice job!

Inherited fox cleaners a few years ago from a former dry cleaner. Had a bad experience with pick up and delivery. Moved on and used local dry cleaner that did a great job and was ironically bought out by fox cleaners a few months ago. From the start of transition they screwed up first 2 dry cleaning drop offs. Lost an article of clothing and had me come out 3 different times to pick up lost items and each time I arrived they could not locate. Showed up on a Saturday during business hours and nobody was at branch. Reached out to management and never received a call back. The worst customer service I have ever been around . Have never posted a complaint but I would advise to stay away from this company
