I want to thank Stephen, Doug and Shoan for the excellent customer service and amazing work for the project my company had requested. Stephen assured me that this would be done correctly in a timely manner. It excelled my expectations. Doug was gracious and entered an update on the booklet with patience shown towards us. Shoan was courteous and professional in the completed order and in checking me out with the beautiful booklets that they printed for SUPPORT GLOBAL OUTREACH - Vicki - Thank you all.

I had tried numerous times to print pictures from other stores (Walgreens/CVS/etc) but was never able to download with the correct resolution and wasted quite a bit of money on prints I couldn't use. I tried my local FedEx store as a last effort, mainly because of positive previous experience with their employees willingness to help. Luckily, Stephen was at the counter this day, and he truly went above and beyond to figure out why my photos weren't downloading correctly and took the time to resolve the issue and provide the prints I needed. He didn't make me feel rushed or incompetent, was friendly and efficient, and I couldn't be happier that I finally found a store that was interested in helping me with my project. Because of his excellent customer service, this FedEx location will be my first stop for all future printing needs!

Steven and everyone who works there bend over backwards to help with any printing or faxing. Always polite, knowledgeable, and gracious! My go to place! Love when you walk in a store and they help you rather than look upset you bothered them. I’ve come at quiet times and really busy times.. unfailingly welcoming and professional!

Steven at the FedEx counter was as rude and disrespectful as they come. He clearly has never worked a customer service job in his entire life. When I found out they stopped using the cards to load money onto (mind you they stopped being able to use them only a few days ago) he told me there was nothing he could do and that is was my irresponsibility that caused this for not knowing that they switched systems. How was I supposed to know? It’s not like they sent out a newsletter?!? Stacie the manager was very helpful and took my info and said she would look into and get back with me and apologized for his behavior. I will never be returning to this specific fed ex location I will go out of my way not to return.

Went to this location after dropping off some paperwork to be overnighted over a week ago (Pre-printed envelope with address). When I took it in the lady told me to drop it in the box. Package was never sent out according to records. When I spoke with the general manager today, he questioned everything I told him, then asked if "I was sure I dropped off the envelope". Then insisted he was "positive I had the wrong tracking number" Finally this clown claimed I never dropped it off and I needed to call a phone number. You are the manager, it is your responsibility to get to the bottom of my package YOU LOST. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. These were important documents pertaining to my elderly father I care for.
