I have a broken car windshield and roof damage to my car from the neighbors tree. I have repeatedly tried to get claim status information from Farmers for the last two weeks. Nobody responds to phone calls and websites freeze or buffer endless. It clearly appears that no one cares about claimants.

We had water leak in our upstairs bathroom and it caused problems to the ceiling of our downstairs. A claim was started and I want to say Chris and Marthea went above and beyond to help ensure the claim was moving along as it should. They were able to get to clarification on answers to questions we had. They made this process stress free. When they did not have an answer they were able to quickly get the answer and give an update. I highly recommend them to all.

Excuse me for a moment while I GUSH about Martea (I hope I spelled your name, right? :-). I was helping my brother, who has a disability (Hard of hearing) He wears a hearing aid. His homeowners policy had been inadvertently canceled, and we were highly concerned that we would not be able to get him covered again. Martea spent a great deal of time on the phone, investigating our issue and coming up with amazing solutions to help get my brothers policy reinstated. She was an absolute pleasure to work with over the phone! Wonderfully pleasant and patient with all the questions we had to ask. She called us back AFTER the policy had been reinstated just to make sure everything was OK and offered us any further services. She then worked overtime with us to lower the premium to save my brother some money. FABULOUS! She is absolutely PURE GOLD! Thank you so much! Regards, Mark McGrath

Not helpful and not responsive. We love being with Farmers, great insurance, but our rates went up to a ridiculous amount. We contacted Newport's office, never could speak directly to him. Person who took the call would not explain why rates went up, said nothing could be done except to raise our deductible! Contacted another Farmer's agent who could not see all our data, but found the rates to be on the high side. Found another highly rated company who gave us rates at about half of what we would have paid for our renewal.

I have been with Farmers for awhile now and every time life throws a curve ball Farmers have always answered our call and got us answers immediately. Even if it’s a call at 7:00 am or pm. I am very happy with the service and recommend Farmers.
