Super friendly and helpful staff!Things were messed up with my reservation being at the wrong location and I had already dropped my vehicle off for repairs. The selection was limited as they were not expecting me at this location. ? The initial vehicle they had available put me over my insurance coverage per day. Rachel did an AMAZING job checking all options and working to find me a car in the back and had it cleaned up for me allowing me to get me into a car within my budget! Highly recommended!

Completely unable to rent a car because I have a debit card and an out of state id. Employees were nice about it but yeah, they can't rent me a car even though I have my id and a card.

I rent cars from here almost weekly - the staff here is wonderful! Always accommodating and willing to please. I switched to this store from another and I’ve never regretted it!

It was about a month long reservation due to car repairs. They were very patient with me and my insurance company. I never had to pay anything directly to them, despite breaking most of their rules about the length of a reservation.

My experience with enterprise on Loop has been amazing. Staff have been nothing but the best. When it came to last minute rental needs they took care of me very well. Ellis, Sam, and Kayla all took time to make sure I was comfortable, secured and received nothing but the best service. I’ve been renting all summer and mostly rented from this particular branch because of the home town feel. The feeling when someone knows your name prior to you entering or even remembering what it is you do for work based on previous experiences gives it the family friendly experience.

Jim was incredibly helpful to my husband and I. He took time out of his busy day with many customers to explain to us how our insurance works and what would be the best financial option for us. He helped us realize how our insurance was taking advantage of us as a young couple with little experience! Jim deserves a raise. This company is so lucky to have him.

Sam Hurst was my Enterprise Representative. He walked through available rental vehicle inventory with me and when I conveyed my concerns for the chosen vehicle Sam worked to resolve the problem. It’s an alright place. Pretty small and the guy was rude when I dropped the car back off and said the tablet was acting up. I never got my final receipt which I had to call back and get, so we could get our money back. There’s better rental places out there. Just saying.
