“The people who work here are super nice! The prices on the food are really good! For the small size store, there's a pretty good selection to choose from. Their line of canned fruits and vegetables are very good if not better than name brands. I really like the brand of eggs they sell. Good Nature. Its really convenient to go here because it's a lot closer to the house than Kroger.”

Many items are less expensive than what you find at thrift stores. The staff are exceptionally friendly and work hard to keep the store looking nice. “Went there for the first time and had to drag husband kicking and screaming. But when we left he couldn't wait to go back. It has been 2 years and we still go back at least twice a week. The bargains are always great and the store is always kept so clean and nice. Also, you couldn't ask for nicer employees! They have always been so helpful and pleasant. (And patient with us old folks) give them girls a raise! Haha”

I searched for some candy and a small mixed bag of Snickers or chocolate bars were well over $ 7.00
There rugs have always been priced great but not lately.
Even the Auto parts section, which is usually mine and my family's go to was too high to buy anything at all.
Essentially, they have an excellent staff
But prices are where they lack
So unfortunately,
I probably won't go back.”
“Great store overall with all kinds of cool items. Staff are amazing, too. My only word of advice is watch the grocery prices. Most of the prices in the store are fantastic - groceries not so much. My box of k cups was literally 2/3 the price on Amazon when I went home and checked. I’ve noticed this at other Big Lots stores as well.”

“This was my first Gabe's back when it was called Gabriel Brothers and it is still superior to any of the others I've visited.
Just look at the photos! Organized?, color coded and plenty of stock. The store is clean and employees friendly. It really is the best!

“I need the owner of the store to contact me ASAP! I was just there and the cashier was extremely rude and didn't pay attention to what she was doing and just threw everything instead of the bags. When I get home she put put a bottle of liquid carpet freshener with a family size box of fruit snacks, neosporin, and cat treats. Well the heaviness of the fruit snacks crushed the bottle and broke it and it spilled everywhere inside the bag and all over my ca. It ruined a lot of items that I purchased. There's more if like to add but I would like to speak to the owner of that Dollar General immediately! Thank you! Oh and I've called several times and keep getting hung up on as well.”
