Went there for tires. Was told It would be a 45min wait to talke to someone about what I needed. Not good enough. I made a call and saved $300.00.

This stores technician's are not on the same page. One will tell you that they take drop offs another will tell you that you need an appointment. One technician will tell you that it's ok to use a comparable tire and another will state you have to have four of the same tire. Then one technician will tell you that need to replace 2 tires while another will tell you that you need to replace 4. Save yourself some time and go to another company. The amount of time you'll waste getting different answers at this store is enough to offset any savings you'd get from a warranty.

Took over an 45 minutes to get keys back for a simple lug nut tightening. Associate David was rude and didn’t seem to care that there was an a huge line or that several people just needed their keys back.

Their road hazard warranty isn't worth your time . Even if you have a puncture that's clearly in the tread, they'll say it's in the sidewall and you need a new tire. Also, if your model tire is not in stock, they will take days to order them or the nearest replacement. I suggest you get your tires elsewhere.

We had a side wall blow out on one of our tires that we had recently replaced at Costco and they give a discount on the replacement tire equivalent to how much life would have been left on the tire! So I was pleasantly surprised about that. Since I had to replace it either way.

Costco’s “included” tire warranty is a sham. They sold me 4 tires at a discount, one of my tires got a puncher and needed replaced with less than 1/32 of wear. So they prorated the sales price and charged me the single tire price to replace the punctured tire. So instead of a $10 warranty replacement it is a $50 replacement because a single tire purchase is higher than buying a set of 4, plus $20 to install the new tire. Buyer beware!

They have a good price and 90% great customer relations. The work they do is high quality as well. I have always been impressed with the finished product. I am surprised how long they take with most services. Over an hour for a tire rotation from a scheduled appointment is longer than I would like.

Two month old tires from Costco.. got a nail on our way to the airport had to use fix a flat to get home. Costco would not touch the tire instead wanted me to buy a brand new tire for $300 bucks… Went to National Tire and Battery.. fixed it with no issues! So disappointed in Costcos customer service!

Costco has quality merchandise and you know what? If it's not quality, you can return it. They have a great return policy that makes me feel confident when making a purchase. I do find that the prices of items will be different online as compared to in store and this could go either way. The store is always clean and organized. For me, well worth the cost of membership!

I had a very bad experience at Costco. I really like their grapes. I was shopping for a good find and had my mouth set on the taste of these delicious grapes. Well as I set my hand on the box I look up at an the associate who had just restocked the grapes had his finger in his nose "digging for gold" as it is said. I really regret leaving a bad review, because two of the four people I have had a direct encounter with were kind in their interactions. However, I have to follow the guidelines set by my morals. It is disconcerting for Costco, which follows strict guidelines on food safety (such as only allowing support animals approved by the ADA - dogs, and horses), to enable someone to expose ready-to-eat food to a one of their worker's (a human) mucous membranes. It was disgusting... And I really wanted those grapes. Also one of the ladies were very rude upon exit.

It was on me to get the car back to Costco. Had AAA put spare on and returned to Costco. They repaired 2 valve stems and gave me a $30 Costco card. Thanks Costco!

Aisles are not clearly marked, impossible to find things without asking for help. Forced to go down every aisle. Went on a Sunday and it was an absolute madhouse with crazy crowds & lines, felt like Black Friday in September. Didn't see what the big fuss was about because the whole experience imo was frustrating & exhausting.
