They legit have the best employees! Shout out to Brandon who is also a middle school teacher. He worked the front end during our visit and kept our 3 year old occupied while we were checking out! Great Customer Service Sir!!

I went to Costco to purchase a few food items. Specifically, I bought five of the same items, one being organic and the other food items nonorganic. When I was going through the cashier, I noticed the lady who was supposed to check the receipt took a long time with it while viewing the products. She then moved one of these items to the bottom of the stack. Instead of handing me the receipt, she placed it with the products( which caught my suspicion). My wife told me she thought that was strange.
As I passed the checkpoint and pushed the cart to my vehicle, My wife promptly reviewed the receipt and discovered we were charged for five organic items(an extra $12) instead of the one.
The problem is that the cashier reviewed the receipt, knew the problem, and decided to let me walk out without letting me know about it or correcting it. I contacted the manager, and I was reimbursed the money. The manager said he was unsure why she would do this. I thought this was more of a racial issue than anything else(I'm a Black American).
In summary, check your receipts before you leave this business.
