So this chàse on whip and far hills. It's probably the worst bank that I've ever dealt with if you're looking for a bank I would not suggest Chase customer service at this branch is absolutely horrible

Everyone was extremely professional and helped me figure out the best way to sort out a somewhat involved transaction. I'd definitely use this branch again.

New in this state and my experience with this chase has been amazing the people there are so helpful and friendly, since day one I fell welcome everytime I go there and they are always willing to take that extra minute to make sure you are satisfied with your needs, I'm very happy to be part of the chase family .

Went to deposit money. Waited in drive through line 12 minutes, cars did not move.

This is the best Chase in the area. I don't know what these other bad reviews are for but remember that most people in this area are snobs.

Hands down the worst customer service you could get anywhere is here. Employees are rude, unaware of current chase policy, and not willing to assist in anyway. Multiple times have I went there and was told they don’t do this or that and then went to other branches where I’m helped immediately with my situation.

I have been a disappointed Chase small business customer for too long. My advice to anyone considering doing business with this institution, keep looking. Everyone wants to "help" you with your next financial commitment to one or another of their financial plans, whether it be a home equity loan (Don't waste your time with a brick and mortar box full of people who are not looking out for your best interest, no pun intended) or some other investment for your personal or business accounts.
