Bait and switch. I paid for a drive up access outdoor unit. Brent gave me an indoor unit only accessible through a hallway. Then refused to refund the admin fees. Horrible customer service.

Great management team, secure building. They do a good job of keeping everything clean. Plenty of moving equipment at the unit so you can get everything in and out.
