I was assisted by Eric and he was very polite and answered everything I asked about .And nice to deal with a sales associate who actually cares about his customers and goes out of his way to totally take care of you professionally!! I purchased a new revolver and ammunition and accessories. Thanks Eric for a enjoyable buying experience and I will drive a hour to receive customer service of this manner!! Just wasted 2 hours due to marking the first question for purchasing another firearm wrong after just purchasing a revolver last week and got denied to purchase another firearm and was told I was banned from buying any weapon from Cabelas EVER!! I WONT SHOP THERE EVER AGAIN AND YOU'RE CREDIT CARD IS CUT UP !! I feel they could have went over the question with me and it was the question over transferring the gun to myself and the sales associate just looked at me like a deer staring at headlights!! Asked if I could fix the question and was told NO!!

A Wow Shopping Experience, for us, both!!
The Store Location is in the Centerville, Ohio area!
My wife Eileen and I (Bill) had a great positive happy customer experience there, due to Jacob M, the Great, kind, Assistant Store Manager, and then the very knowledgeable and kind worker: Anna L, she helped me get my very first purchase of Women's Hiking boots there and also Rebekah D, the kind cashier, as we finished our happy purchase there!
We also got a Cabelas credit card there, after, Jacob M, told us about the wonderful Cabelas Members Club benefits tor us!!
Also, as a female Navy Veteran, I got a military discount too!!
We Love this beautiful store!!

Very small store and poor lighting

We recently purchased a small kayak, and discovered we needed it could not be registered with the state online. To do this we were required either to visit the clerk of courts office downtown, or to travel 40 mi to this store. When we arrived there, we discovered that despite the original information we were given, their registration system was not working. Nobody there could tell us what was wrong or when it might be up. Three more times my husband drove over there, or called to find out if it was operational. The people at the service desk were very unhelpful and close to rude. Eventually he was forced to go downtown to get this taken care of, where it happened very easily. We were already not inclined to visit this store, and trust me, we certainly aren't now! Nor will we recommend it to anyone else. This registration process is a silly system to start, and our difficulties just made it more aggravating. Find somewhere else to register your watercraft!

I was so impressed with this store as soon as I walked in. The store is very well put together and has so much product. I took my time walking through the store trying to take it all in, but there is just so much to see. The store covers most all-out door hobbies. I will be going back.
