Wanted to get a tattoo and was looking to get in quick. Preston reached out to me almost immediately after I submitted my consultation. Once I got there he spent time with me helping me figure out what I wanted for my finger tattoos and shared his expertise. He made me feel
Comfortable and even more excited. We did some finger tattoos, a wrist and a forearm and they all turned out phenomenal!!! The ambiance and shop itself was also super aesthetically pleasing and so clean! I’ll definitely be going there again in the future!

incredibly unprofessional. We called for a walkin and was told there was an available artist. Once we get there someone walks in behind us and the artist takes them instead of us stating it will be quick. we were unable to get anything because of this and will not be returning

I have found my forever peircer! I went in today to get a peircing. I wanted something different that goes with the anatomy of my ear. Aubree gave me great advice an explained everything! She walked me through some options of where to do the peircing, the custom one of a kind jewelry she suggested, and walked me through her process and why she does certain things in her process.

My 1st encounter was pleasant. To the point where I went back for an additional ink session. That's where it started to crumble. It was not what I asked for, so I reached out to their email contact. Shortly after I received a notification that the owner would like to see/address the failure. So we met up. He ensured me it was salvageable, in which he worked some magic. However, we weren't able to completely touch-up/fix the entire tattoo. So he requested I let it heal for more time. Okay, absolutely no problem. Then after 3-4 weeks of additional healing I started reaching out to the owner. I went days, even weeks without a reply, via text, call anything. So I reached out to their email contact person again. Shortly after I received a reply to my many text to the owner. So once again I am still attempting to locate him for what is hopefully the absolute last to fix the second tattoo. Once again, I am not receiving replies. Not a single, I'm busy, I have some issues going on etc. Mind you I started this around April. We're almost in July. I have been nothing but patient and understanding, but I'm getting to the point of running out of patience. So I have a 3/4 way complete tattoo and cannot get it completely finished/fixed. I have a total of three tattoos. The second and third are a mess and need fixed. I typically review most places I go, visit etc. So that's why I am leaving this review. An update to my first review, My experience may not happen to anyone there, I am not sure. What I do know is I have two that need fixed and cannot get a appointment to do so. Heading into three months since the initial encounter. What I do know, is this has been nothing but a nightmare and I will continue to attempt getting these fixed and then I will go elsewhere.

This place is top tier! When I called in to ask questions/book an appointment, the lady was extremely kind, reassuring and set me up with the right person for what I was wanting to get done.
From the moment I walked through the doors until after I left , the staff catered to me, and were so welcoming that the anxiousness faded quickly!
The place is clean, beautiful and absolutely love the outcome of my tattoo!

I would love to give a huge shout out to Aisle 9. I have had several tattoos at many different shops and this one has by far been the best experience. Everyone was very welcoming and took interest in others projects. The atmosphere was bright, clean, organized and very open. And I can't say enough about everyone's professionalism. I have not returned to shops because of the lack of professionalism. This is definitely a well put together business. And Preston is amazing with precision in line work. I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

It has been years since getting a tattoo and Luen Miranda was AMAZING! I had an idea of what I wanted and he put it together beautifully. He made sure I didn't need any breaks and that I was doing ok through the whole process, he's such a talented, genuine artist, and will definitely be going back to him in the future. Not to mention the whole shop is super clean and everyone there is really nice! I give them a 10/10!

Very clean and well maintained atmosphere. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I worked with Luen to help design my ideas and bring them to life. He was extremely gracious with his time and attention to detail. His passion for both tattooing as well as uplifting people was evident from our first conversation. I am very pleased with how my tattoos turned out and my overall experience with Luen and Aisle 9. Would highly recommend Luen and Aisle 9 to anyone looking to work with great people and have a wonderful tattoo experience.
