Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Drive a little extra and give your business to another stores that's willing to help the customer. Need some serious customer service training at this store. Also, when I customer comes in, that's not a sign to respond to Facebook post or play on your computer. This location is my local Napa, but will drive by next time.

Walked in, ignored by staff. If your serious about needing something, probably won't have it. (Lite duty air compressor parts.). This is basic. Save time, go to Sunbury.
