Shelby(and all the others working) were extremely helpful. My issue was not easily resolved and she spent 2.5 hours on tech support with me, and after it still wasn’t resolved, texted with me into the evening to get my issue fixed. Very friendly and fun group of people helping me in a crappy situation.
