The Celina Post Office started to refuse to deliver anything to our home that doesn't fit in the mailbox. we paid for shipping so I believe they are stealing our shipping money so they don't have to do their job. I now have to drive 15 minutes to manually pick up my packages.

I had a package that got delivered to the post office and was supposed to be shipped to my house. However, I decided to go get the package myself since it was ALREADY at the post office. I went into the post office and didn't even get my sentence fully out before I was told no and that I can't pick the package up which does not make any sense. The package was there so I should be able to just pick it up!

puts packages on wrong truck, says you have to go pick it up. dont deliver on time, delivers wrong mail about 80 percent of the time, cant read simple english! Horrible workmanship!!

I am awe-struck by how terrible this post office is. Packages constantly get left at the wrong addresses, not showing up when they should, and now they've just started leaving packages AT the mailbox. Not in it, BY it. When the box is empty. It's absurd that nobody has done anything about this, they've been terrible for YEARS and it's only been getting worse.

I wasn't going to do this but it seems like its getting more and more common that my packages and mail don't get delivered when it's supposed to. And few weeks back I had a certified package that required a signature and I literally watched the mail carrier put the " we missed you " slip into my mailbox and drive off. It just so happened to be a inheritance check! I had to go down to the post office and let them know and I had to wait to pick it up the next day. Well, I was expecting a package this weekend (today is Dec 31 2022) and my tracking said that it was " out for delivery " that was yesterday (Dec 30 2022) and I still have not received my package... And this isn't the first time I've had this happen before the inherentance check incident! It seems to be happening more and more frequently...

I'm aware that this is a small town but this is the slowest Pace post office that ever existed. I recommend you speed things up instead of chit-chatting with customers that come in and out. It's pretty disrespectful and annoying to be waiting in line and chit chatting with a customer while you're doing their transaction. When a customer comes in to a post office it shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to wait in line. That's the thing living in a small town everyone slow-paced

Worst post office. Rarely delivers packages and makes me go pick them up at the post office. I have a bad back so forcing me to carry heavy packages all the way to my car is ridiculous.

This is the worst post office! Constant late deliveries and route never on schedule. I’ve even missed certified mail bc the worker was too lazy to get out of their vehicle to get my signature and instead left a sorry we missed you pink slip while I was home. Terrible service!
