Fully satisfactory experience for my first time getting my taxes filed professionally as an adult. Friendly,speedy but efficient time management as well as explaining everything thoroughly. Only thing I'd appreciate is a lower total fee for filing. But fair.

Horrible. We were charged $484 to get our taxes done at H and R block. We have used there tax service for almost 20 years. They offered a discount of $125 but we still paid $484.
