I go there frequently, and I miss the guys being up front, they are more personable. Kellee is a rude person, and really shouldn't interact with customers until she learns customer service. Not a very happy person.

gross employees. kept staring at my bf who isn't white and giving him looks. nothing is organized. the entrance smelled so bad I gagged when I walked in and I held my breathe when I left. lots of dollar tree items marked for more than they cost brand new. worker also didn't bother to give us a bag for our stuff and she rounded up without even asking which is illegal

This store is one of my favorite Goodwill locations. Only issue is some of the staff lacks a drive to work well with the time they're given, but other than that the store is clean and stocked well.

Giving Goodwill as a corporation one star. The people that work in the Celina store are good, kind people. But Goodwill itself, No. Goodwill doesnt provide community services or do charity work in the community. They ask for you to donate items to them that they turn around and sell for 100% profit. Donate your items to churches or charitable organizations that do work in our communities

Love, love, love thrift stores! And for some reason I get a kick out going to thrift stores in other cities, lol. This is a good one. Very clean. Clothes arranged pretty well, by size. Staff helpful. I'm 3 hours away but will be in the area more often so this be a bargain stop for me:)

Be weary of going to this store! Store Manager was very rude! We are regular customers and even dropped items off for donation before. Anyways, today my husband was looking at a thermos in which it had a removable glass piece that he wasn't aware of. He opened it and glass piece hit floor and shattered. My husband accidentally broke it. He was going to pay for it since he did break it. The item was only $1.99. I personally overheard the manager talking to another customer saying my husband should have had a better grip on the item and continued to downgrade him. I found this to be very unprofessional and I was disgusted by his demeanor. It was an accident for goodness sakes. I was so upset I couldn't finish looking at items in the store because of him ridiculing and making disrespectful comments to other customers in regards to this matter! We did pay for the item in the end btw.
