Love the store, but help needs trained on customer service! Went in to purchase an item I couldn’t find. Ask an employee that was stocking the aisle I was in & instead of coming to the spot in the same aisle to show me, she just kept saying it’s right there- it’s right there- straight ahead of you! So angry I put back the things I was buying & thanked employee for help & walked out!

I went to the store to buy stuff for cancer patents I opened the barbie and the leg fell off. I spent 120 dollars, I gave the cashier 130, and she never gave me my change. I went back to refund the stuff I bought beacuse it was so low quality and it broke the minute I opened it. Also, the barbie clothes I bought also had holes in them and the shoes were broken. They did not let me refund the items. Then, I brought the bookbags back home, since they werent refundable, and there were holes in them. Nothing that I hate more than giving a child something and it breaks.Very cheap quality do not recommend. Also the employees were very rude.

There was a male employee there. The way he packed bags was horrible. He had food with chemicals. He had my glass soap dispensers with popsicles and dinosaurs led night light. That ended up breaking. It was a mess and I'm upset he had no care about anything.
