I have always had an extremely positive experience at Cato in Celina Ohio! I girls are AMAZING and are so quick to help! They let me shop and aren’t pushy with the product which is so nice! Iv always had a good experience in this store. The one girl was cleaning because I came in close to close “which is my fault” and it was nice to see someone cleaning the store. It’s so reassuring that someone cares that the store is clean. She did apologize for cleaning while I was in shopping but I told her it was 100% okay and it’s my fault for coming in so close to closing time!! I definitely found my new place to shop!! 10/10 recommend!!!!

I bought a pair of wide width heels and when I got home and tried them on again I decided they didn’t fit well. I went back to the store and returned them and the customer service representative accused me of wearing them and returning them. She said there was a piece of hair and glitter on the bottom. There were scuffs on these shoes and they were not worn besides trying them on. She was very rude and proceeded to just tell me it’s company policy to advise me of this. She did not advise me but accuse me of wearing them and returning them. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Cato again.

for the most part the workers are friendly and ask if you need help but there have been multiple times i have went in to shop and the store wasnt supposed to close for another hr and a half and they would be vacuming i understand if they vacume at a part of the store where costumers arent shopping but they have done it right on top of you while you are shopping and i have almst tripped on the cord i just find it kind of rude and everyone shouldnt know not to do that.
