Deceptive advertising. Checked a used truck out on their web site. Set up a test drive and went through their check in process. Checked price again on Wednesday 8/9/23 evening. Go down this morning Thursday 8/10/23, test drive it, decide to buy it and even though the salesman pulled up the paperwork I had filled out online and saw the advertised price of $19,100.00 told me it was now $22,000.00 and would not honor the advertised price that was there the night before.

I had a very tough time with other dealerships. Derrick made things easy for me. The car I had been looking for is not a hot item here in Ohio. When I found it here, not only was it a pleasant surprise, I was also able to get it for a fair price. This was painless. Why can't other dealerships follow suit?

This is the third Subaru I have purchased from Huebner over the years and have always been treated well and professionally. The sales staff and maintenance department are helpful and informative. I would recommend this company to all interested in an automobile purchase.

Business=$$$$$$. I am not entirely sure how this dealership even has good reviews. Based off all my research, all of their cars are over priced and through my family and friends on helping them purchase a car, every time I turned to Heubner, their car was overpriced or the sales team never reached back to me. I practically begged to be sold a car and was never contacted. Simple fix is I went North and got the same if not better car for less and 100% perfect customer service. I have had at least five people in my family line that have bought their cars elsewhere due to the lack of enthusiasm from this dealership. They will never have my business again literally due to how they operate. Nobody treated me wrong ever in person and appears to be friendly, but as a dealership, you must be on top of things to keep the money flowing and customers coming back. They rely on repeat customers and out of town people, but I promise they have lost plenty of customers. This really needs to be addressed. Take this however you want and buy at your own risk when it comes to how bad you are wanting the car and also fair market value.

When you need a part repaired / replaced & you have 4 days to get it done & the service dept is booked for almost 2weeks out, what do you do ?? Let the ladies at the service desk find a spot for you ! Had a cancellation next day & she found it after looking for 3 minutes !! It was for 8:30, but who cared !! It was a little more expensive then I had hoped, however when you have technicians trained the job gets done correctly !! They found the problem, took care of it & now I don't have to worry if a wheel will fall of at 70 mph on an interstate !! Great job guys !! ?? THANKS for careing !!!

What a wonderful experience at Huebner Chevrolet Subaru! Not only the used vehicle, a 2016 Chrysler 300 was everything that I had wanted, but the experience was truly without any pressure or hidden tactics. The sales lady (Vickie) was very knowledgeable about the vehicle along with being pleasant. I will not hesitate to come back in the future or tell my friends about this dealership even though it is quite some distance to travel to.

I waited to long to trade in my 2010 Lacrosse. Was looking all winter for the right one. Worried about the trade the dealer would give me and my credit numbers. I was so tired of walking my drive in the bad weather. Thanks to Katie Petry sales person at Huebner in Carrollton it wasn't a nightmare. The sales department was very quick to give me an answer on a very nice used car. Thanks so much to everyone who helped me.
