I've had a less than satisfactory experience with this dealership throughout the entire process of purchasing a vehicle from them.Upon initially inquiring about a truck on their lot the salesman called my girlfriend and I so many times hounding us to buy the truck that it was borderline harassment.Despite the lack of professionalism from Mike Gleich we still opted for the truck being that the price and vehicle were exactly what we were after.Mike told us that there was absolutely zero issues with the truck other than a missing piece of trim along the drivers seat.Upon getting the truck home I discovered that the tail light wiring was butchered, the hitch he promised didn't exist, and THE FRAME IS BENT.Fast forward, I spoke with the owner. Mike Guess, he had me drive 200 miles round trip to show him the frame damage. They refused to do anything about it and claimed that a bent frame doesn't affect the vehicle in anyway.I would absolutely stay away from this fraudulent dealership.Wish I could leave zero stars

Absolutely amazing experience at Guess Ford Buick GMC. Mark and his team run a well oil ship that really is there for the customer. I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Veloster from them mid last year and to this day have not had a better experience car buying than I did here. Being a first time buyer (and maybe a tad naïve) Mark made sure to steer me in the right direction whilst allowing me to make my own decision on the car in the end.Would be willing to make the 3 hour drive back here again to make another purchase with you guys. Fantastic job and a fantastic team!!

I have recently purchased my 3rd vehicle from Guess... all 3 were used vehicles. It started w me wanting a work truck 4 years ago and while I was there, they had a Sonata that was exactly what my wife was looking for... we left that day w both vehicles, although our credit wasn't perfect, Ray got us a good deal. My truck was inexpensive because it had a lot of wear n tear, but it is a work truck. My wife's car however was only 3 years old w low miles loaded up w accessories, and has been a very nice car since. Last month I was in the market for something nice, and they had a Jeep that I fell in love with! (4th Jeep I have owned now, definitely a Jeep guy) I've been improving my credit score over the last two years and it showed as my interest rate dropped 16% lower than before! Dennis was a pleasant salesman and I got to see Ray again too! Dennis gave me the grand tour of the shop and sales department, and a short time later we rolled out w my 2015 Jeep! They also treated my wife and me to lunch to show their gratitude for our business. Can't beat Guess!

Con Artists. My mom bought her Chevy here with an extended warranty & gets all of her maintenance/oil changes here. She came in to get an oil change and asked them to check the spark plugs because it felt like it was skipping. They put it on a code reader (no code was lighting up, so pointless) and charged her $100 even though she was having her scheduled service. A week later she got stuck at my house because the spark plugs started misfiring and needed to be change, and very obviously corroded and bad. Who in the hell charges $100 to read a code with no check engine light on!!?? Also, you can get codes check for free and any auto parts store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAMMERS!!! I will make sure she never comes back.

why guess ? because they are the best ,a month ago i purchased a used gmc pick up,ray (my salesman) was great ,when i got back from my test drive he heard a squeak under the hood, ray tracked down the problem and made sure it was fixed,after i had the truck home found a couple of things i wanted checked out contacted scott in the service dept., he got me right in and while he checked it out and made repairs,gave me a loaner no charge for anything thanks ray,scott , and guess motors,keep up the great work and in those famous words" i'll be back" when i"m ready for my next vehicle and all my service needs
