“The young lady in the dog grooming area is absolutely amazing. She is so friendly and very good with the dogs. The price to clip nails was more than half less than everyone else. The store is very clean and stocked with everything. I will DEFINITELY be a regular customer now!!”

“Prices are significantly higher than that of Rural King, which would be my only complaint. If you don't get control of your inflated pricing, you will be the next on the chopping block. Furthermore, the fact that you have 2 TSC stores in Lancaster, population 40,000+/-, means that you are cannibalizing your own stores, monopolizing the area, in an attempt to keep the likes of Rural King out. This doesn't mean you're a "bad" store. To the contrary, TSC is a great store. You need to consider adjusting your profit margin expectations and pass the savings on to the customers. The increase in traffic would offset your adjusted net profit expectations, thus appeasing your shareholders.”

“When my regular groomer canceled at the very last minute, I called A Tail Waggin Place and they got my dog in right away. Did a great job bathing and trimming him and were reasonably priced. Brutus looked handsome and smelled nice and clean.”
“Hope always greets me when I walk in the door and is so very helpful. She gets my crickets for Morphe and has also suggested various worms that my leopard gecko just loves as alternatives! She gives good advice how to care for the crickets so that they live longer for Morphe and also is knowledgeable which worms to refrigerate and which to keep at room temp. She also suggested some little fruity cups and egg cartons to add to the cage/dish which have helped to feed the crickets so that they live longer! Hope has also helped me to find treats that my parakeet has enjoyed. Even when the store is busy Hope makes sure that each customer feels seen and gets proper attention from her or another employee. Hope is friendly and knowledgeable and makes me continue to visit Petland for my pet needs!”
“I had a not great experience with a groom but then the new Salon Lead, Christina, reached out and offered to make it right. Not only was she so kind, she explained why things were different with our groom. She then fixed up our dog and made her look absolutely perfect. I highly recommend her and if you have questions on wheat you need done she can guide you on what you need to do. I appreciate how kind she was.”
