Jason spent a lot of time with us making sure that our shed was exactly what we wanted, the construction and quality are top notch, this shed will last for a very long time. Set up and delivery was excellent. Dylan was very professional and did a great job.”
“Quick and easy rental process. Tammy is super sweet and efficient. A couple of things to note...the driveways are tight, if you are hauling a big trailer check it out before you rent. Also, there is a step up in to unit (don't know if they are all that way but all the ones in our side were) which is kind of a pain in the butt - there's not enough room to get the trailer turned in to use the ramp to avoid the step so everything had to be carried/lifted. These are not deal breakers for most but they did make our unloading a little more challenging. This is a temporary situation for us to hold things while moving out of/into houses, but if we were getting into there more frequently it might be more of a consideration. Overall our experience has been very pleasant up to this point and we would recommend this facility.”
“I rented my space 100% online and the process was very simple. The next day I received a call thanking me and letting me know if I needed any assistance with anything they were ready to help.
The gate entry process was very easy and locating my space only took a short drive around the lot. Upon arriving at my space I found an inspection tag on the door showing they checked everything out.
Right inside the door was my lock as they had stated. I have to say that the only way this whole process could have gone any better or easier would be if they moved my stuff in there for me!”

“Clean, friendly, gated, 24-7 access. Had space and immediately rented. Would like it to have a bit more modern web site with prices, and allow people to fill out paperwork online (it was online, but at the office).”
“We moved our household and vehicle from southwest Ohio to Arizona with Stacey Moving and Storage. From start to finish, our experience was just what you want it to be-experienced, professional and efficient. We knew the estimate of our move was binding, and could plan for the costs accordingly. Our final invoice proved to be even less, based on the weight of our household goods. Our personable moving coordinator kept us up to date on planning and execution of the move; she was also readily available to answer questions. Packing and loading/unloading crew on both ends of the move were pleasant, experienced and careful with our goods, and were great with our dog. Our driver was thorough with documentation and clearly communicated the arrival date of our goods. While a cross country move is stressful, Stacey made it about as simple as it could be.”

“I have loved every single bit about this storage unit. Marvin was very patient and gracious and such a nice man. The units are nice as well. Only had two bugs in my unit after clearing it out for 2 years. My unit was climate control but it still had a bit in condensation in the unit. Maybe from the weather.”
“If you need a very nice and clean secure storage unit this is by far the best place around to store your items! I have used this Storage Place a few times over the years having recently had rented a large unit for about a year. The owners of this place are very pleasant people to talk with and very nice. Great customer service! They offer several different size units as well as RV and Boat or Trailer parking. Well lit and secure with Cameras. The Storage lot is locked every night. You cannot go wrong with using this place. I totally highly recommend this place for all your Storage needs. Easy access right off State Street (State Route 73) in Trenton Ohio 45067! Joe and Phyllis Patrick are excellent people to deal with and you won't go wrong!!! Thanks Joe and Phyllis I appreciate all your hospitality during my needs!”

I have been able to get ahold of the property manager any time I’ve tried. She is respectful and extremely helpful. Would recommend”

“Easy to use friendly staff on a Sunday at 5 pm they settled me into a different unit as my needs changed. Very nice unit. Roll up door was in great working order came during a rain storm and it was dry inside. Would recommend to anyone!”

To Mr Mauer you signed a lease on 8/1/2023. After 5 days of your payment it's my job to overlock your unit. Which is what I did my job. You sent your payment by mail. So, you was locked out of your unit for non payment and I went in on my day off and unlocked your unit. Most people would be grateful but instead you left a bad review on Google. Thank you for being a past customer.”
