On Friday, August 30, 2024, my 03 Monte Carlo SS temp guage was not showing normal. They checked for symptoms and I was informed that one my radiator coolant fans was bad and the repair would be about $750.00. I specifically asked if they checked the fan fuses and was told, "Yes!" They said the work could not be done until next week. I paid almost $80.00 for the evaluation service and was told that running the heeter would help keep the temperature down, which, it did so I processed home. However, a short time later I checked the coolant fan fuses and found that a 25 amp fuse was bad so, I replaced the fuse and did not have any more problems with the temp guage not being normal and both coolant fans were working. I appreciated that they were able to check my vehicle out shortly after arrival but, I believe that it was obvious that they did not check the coolant fan fuses. I feel that the evaluation service was not performed properly and does not justify the the evaluation service charge and the estimated repair cost was improper.

They were knowledgeable and the price was what I expected. They gave me paperwork showing a complete inspection of my car. (They also sent a link online with pictures and explanations)
I have never had any company do that.
I am very pleased with their work and I will always trust them with my automobile needs in the future.
I got an oil change and tires rotated.

First time using your shop. Great job guys! I noticed that I had a screw in my tire at lunch. I called and asked if someone could take a look. I stopped by after work. It was fixed and I was on my way in less than 30 mins. I'll definitely be back. Thanks!
