Had an appointment to get an upper left ball joint replaced. And a 02 sensor. Had the parts and the faulty code for sensor. Rude service department wanted to argue that I was throwing parts at it wanted to charge a diagnostic fee when I already knew what was wrong with it. Will never buy a vehicle there or take it for any service. Lost a customer for life!

Bought a car recently from Carey Ford and had the best experience I have ever had at a dealership! Big thanks to Jeff Flick and Andy Ward! The car buying experience was so fast and are excellent at what they do! The car was extremely clean and I was very happy with everything.

We placed the order for our Bronco in September of 2021. Shortly after, our salesman left Carey Ford and we had to find out on our own through Facebook. The dealership did not notify us nor did they assign us a new salesman until I called to ask who we should contact in the event we have questions about our order.Every time I did call with a question, whoever I spoke to that day said they would, "take my order from there" and they became our new salesman. To this day, we have absolutely no idea who our salesman was. I understand that our Bronco taking a year and some odd months was completely out of their control but they were so unwilling to help us after our order went in, through present day.-I called Carey Ford requesting updates on the order status and they just kind of chuckled and said they didn't know. After I spoke to Carey, I called Tiffin Ford. They were more than willing to share updates they had received from Ford in regards to order hold ups, and we weren't even their customer!-Our vehicle came in wrong. We were coaxed into purchasing a higher package than we were planning to with the promise of remote start (on the key FOB) and heated seats.-When my husband brought up the absence of heated seats, he was laughed at. We never did get a straight answer as to why our vehicle did not come in as expected nor were we given a solution to the issue. My husband called a few weeks after to see if there was anything Carey Ford could do to help make this right and he was promised supplies for 5 free oil changes. The supplies never arrived. Another empty promise.-Upon pick up of the vehicle, I began reading the contract before signing and the employee impatiently said I had already read the contract when ordering the vehicle. I informed him I was reviewing the paperwork to ensure that was true.-The final straw resulting in this poor review: last week my 2022 Bronco almost lost a back window due to the glue on the window pulling away. We called to inform Carey Ford and ask for our next steps to have this repaired as it should still be under warranty, being 3 months old. Once again, we were laughed at and told, 'Oh that's not good.' they told us to call call them back tomorrow. I don't know if they wanted us to do research or what...?It has been 5 days since we called Carey Ford to inform them a window of a 2022 vehicle we purchased from them had a window falling out and they have not called us back to check in on the car or schedule a repair.Tomorrow morning I am taking the Bronco to Ford in Tiffin to have the window repaired and absolutely anything I need from there on out, will be done through Tiffin.

From the time of my purchase through scheduled maintenance and taking care of a recall. Carey Ford has been there for me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

I have nothing but bad things to say about this place. GREED, DISRESPECT and Neglecting customers vehicles. If you know nothing at all about how vehicles, the techs and you will be best friends. I came for a coolant leak in my thermostat housing, and was notified that they physically broke 2 hoses that were to no defect at all. My car was repaired 2 days late, and the whole under side of the side skirt on the passenger side was damaged. They did not offer to replace or fix the vehicle as well. The solution was a "pin" to hold the skirt in place. LOL. With the utmost disrespect, NEVER use Carey Ford. I hope this message finds possible future customers well.

Just wanted to say Carey Ford was a great place to buy my previously owned truck. Jeff our salesman was super friendly and helpful in making the decision and clearing up some details that clinched the sale. They were very fair with my trade in, and not pushy just to get us to buy. Jeff answered any questions we had and really stepped up and followed through. These are good people, which makes them great to purchase my now new to me truck from. Thanks Guys!!!
