We haven't had any problems with our service. It did go out once due to high winds, but the company was quick to give us updates. I'm glad we switched to a local Internet provider.

Good local service from these guys. May not be as fast as spectrum but when you live in a rural area it’s nice to have an option other than paying for high-priced satellite internet.
