The laziness and incompetence of this post office is astonishing. Instead of driving a large package up the driveway or putting a need to pickup slip, they decided to shove a large box into my mailbox destroying the package. Getting the broken package out was a complicated endeavor so they must have used a lot of force to get the package in. If this was my first issue, I could look past this. But it's not. One of the ladies that works in the office is often incredibly rude. I wish there was some accountability for the post office.

The lady in this office is absolutely rude as can be and they are withholding my package claiming they don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered because the address is correct on it. She’s absolutely disgusting towards people asked me have i seen anyone else deliver packages to the door and i say yes and she got so nasty with me. I am so fed up with this women thinking she can be like that towards everyone that comes in there. This is not the first time this women has spoke to me this way when i am nothing but kind to her. This office needs reported and evaluated.

Lies about packages and then mysteriously after calling about them they show up hours later. No post man is going to back track on there routes they just deliver the next day. But whenyou have cameras all of a sudden there's your stuff.

Terrible Service. The post master was awful to deal with & speak to. USPS should do an internal investigation and reconsider keeping somebody so rude employed as the post master at this location in Cardington Ohio. Not surprised by the other negative reviews. Shocked by the positive ones.

Amen to all the people that wanted to give a zero. I also had a horrible experience at this post office. Without going into deep detail. The postmaster(contradicted himself if less than a minute) was rude, lied unwilling to listen to my side. He was adamant on telling me the package was delivered. The package was supposedly delivered on the 20th of April 2022. I still have not located the package. Time for a new postmaster at this location.

So sad I even had to give it 1 star to post a comment! 1 star is being generous! So many questions, and given so many lies from this post office!It seems to be pointless to call with any complaints or questions, so I guess I'll have to go higher up. And please tell me, how does one sign for a letter (green card), when that person does not live here and has NEVER lived here. BUT yet, you say the letter Isn't as signed for?? Hmmm. Isn't that forgery of a legal document?Proof is in my hands and soon to be your undoing.

My fiancé and I recently bought my grandparents property and took over the address here. When I went to change my address I kept getting errors saying I would be charged $100 due to having changed my address already. Since my last name is the same as theirs, when they changed their address the post office decided to change mine as well without calling to confirm. My grandparents only put 2 people down as moving. I am currently 9 months pregnant and had extremely important packages coming which ended up being “lost” and wouldn’t show up. I’m still getting tickets in the mail saying I’ve been missed, but I am home 24/7. No one knocks, no one gets out of the truck. I have multiple places for packages to go and extremely upset I’m not getting anything. I was also told it was my fault about the address issue, and basically called a liar on Facebook in a group for morrow county when explaining the issues we have had. Doesn’t look like I’m the only one. We have been nice everytime we bring it up but with multiple calls into the office and then being told I wasn’t here to get anything we are tired of this joke.

This place is horrible. If you need to mail anything Is go to Marion or go to Ashley. I've had them lose my rent or have my rent show up 20 days late, and I put those envelopes in the blue mailbox across the street from Subway.And when you go up there and see what's going They give you an attitude

Counter staff is terribly rude. Staff is rude on the phone. Called and got information about installing mailbox from one person and another person is changing the instructions. Telling us to change it within a week or they will halt delivery. Had a mail hold with both people's name listed. Because the mail didn't have her name, and she was wearing a ring but had a different last name, they would not give her the mail even though she was on the hold mail request. Would accept a random handwritten letter signed with my name to pick up the mail (no proof who wrote the letter). Wanted a picture ID with address even though we had only lived there a week. Threatened to send all of our mail back to the sender despite a hold mail request. Leave the door open on our mailbox getting our mail soaking wet. Nothing but problems with this location and the staff.

I wanted to give ZERO stars for the experiences I have had at the Cardington Post office. I am a small business owner here in Cardington and I ship small packages from home. Many times my mailbox has too many outgoing packages to fit in my mailbox so I take the remainder of my packages in for mailing. The older blond lady is a very rude person. She has done everything from refusing to give me a receipt, complaining about my shipping labels to threatening to not take my packages because I print my labels a day early.I have seen on here many complaints about the service she provides to our community. I have filed a formal complaint with the USPS via email. I encourage fellow residents to do the same. This lady will be investigated and she can loose her job. I find it embarrassing as a small business owner that I have to publicly put my name out there in a public format in this manner.
