I spent $1385 for 4 new tires & alignment! When they finished the service I noticed damaged to the rims on my 2022 jeep. I talked to the manager he was very rude and unprofessional. He called me a liar and told me the damage was already there. I spoke to the regional manager same rude attitude about the situation. I was told Ziegler does not make mistakes. I work very hard to support my family and I could have spent $1385 at another tire company but chose Ziegler! Stay far away from this company ??????

I loved my service at this location. I went in from another shop frantic, because I thought my car was done for. The staff was very considerate, and dealt with my nervous breakdown. Had my car inspected, and it was nothing like I was 1st told. They simplified what was wrong, explained it to me. They fixed me up and now I'm good to go! Thank you for the help and honesty... highly recommend this location and company.

I called for a battery for my VW and spoke to Dan. He was helpful and got me in immediately. Andrew at the desk was kind too. Nice guys and company to deal with. I've gone here for years. The tech took good care of my car and was nice as well. He drives a VW as well. I waited less than an hour! Thank you Zeigler!

Hit a nail on the way home from work today. Very happy they were able to schedule me in last minute on a Friday so I wasn’t stuck with a flat tire all weekend! I also go here to have my winter tires put on. I love this location because I never feel like they’ll overcharge me. Their prices are really fair and the staff are very nice! Thank you, Dan and Ryan!
