I originally began at Kays across from Zales and their rudeness to ignore me sent me to Michael C. He was so helpful today and courteous. Although I was not able to purchase an item that was not in stock. I appreciate the amazing, friendly service he provided.

This is by far the worst zales store. The store Manager Ann, that has been there only two years has told me numerous times that my the ring I bought in January of 2019 doesn’t have a diamond bond warranty, which it does I have the paperwork showing my inspections that she has even done.
I have had nothing but problems with the ring I bought, having it repaired at least 20 times in 6 years. Go to a different jewelry store this one sells you a warranty then can’t find it every time a stone falls out. She needs fired and they should hire someone else who can find your warranty papers for you so you don’t have to argue with an idiot every time your investment needs help.
They even tried to lowball me $2000 on the appraisal for the ring.
Again GO SOMEWHERE else the repair work is all done at Jared’s by the way.

We just picked up our online order from zales in North Canton. The staff members were very friendly. Katrina helped us with our order and sized our watch for us. She did such a great job and knew exactly how many links to take out. I would definitely recommend her. Thank you again so much!

They were amazing and so helpful for all of our purchases. The staff was friendly and made me feel like we were friends stopping in for a visit. They went above and beyond to find the right wedding band.

Catrina was super helpful with both an In store purchase and an online pick up both times I came in. Fast friendly service and very personable! Never shopped Zales before but I will be purchasing from them again

I went in to get my watch sized and had no luck at the first location I chose. So I went to Piercing Pagoda and the kinda lady named Alison referred me to Joe at Zales. I went in and he happened to be the one who greeted me. Initially he didn't think it could be done, but he didn't give up. Needless to say within 10mins I was walking out very pleased with the service! Thanks Joe!

First I had a great experience, super helpful, didn't keep me waiting for one moment. I spoke with lovely Catrina who helped me find a great engagement ring for me at a great price.
