Joy did not answer my text messages, because I asked her to fix my ugly highlights that she did or give me my moneyback , the highlights are orange brassy when I complained she ignored me. I am unhappy with the result and I will never comeback there.

I visited the Tidal Wave at Clarksurg, W.V. It's new to our area on 8/20/2023. The wash was free but I was not impressed. I had bird crap on my car. It didn't clean it off. I'm just glad I didn't pay for the wash. I wanted to check out to see how it worked and how it cleaned . Not good free or not. DISAPPOINTED !!!!! Wasn't clean

I purchased a Groupon for a dermaplane and will definitely be returning! The ambiance of the salon is amazing and so relaxing. Michele did a perfect job with my dermaplane and took her time to explain every step along the way. I cannot day enough great things about Waves Salon and Spa!

I purchased a couples massage for my boyfriend and I for his Valentine’s Day gift. He and I both enjoyed the massages and thought Michelle and Michelle did an excellent job. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I called and left a message and got a return call in less than an hour. Both Michelle’s are very friendly people who make you feel welcome and comfortable. I’ll be scheduling another appointment sometime in the future.

Had a wonderful couples massage today. Both ladies were super friendly and talented and made the experience all around wonderful.
