Jim was very helpful in getting the help we needed with the transmission, and we really like the idea that if anything every comes up we can just come back to Waterloo for any possible warranty issues. Also appreciated the timely manner in which the transmission was replaced and we were back on the road

Had my transmission replaced by these guys this summer, still running perfect. Took it back in for a minor repair, and they were great. Brandon took the time to explain to me the repairs that were recommended and why. The work that was quoted was a good price (believe me, I called around) and they had my vehicle back on the road in no time. If I need them again (fingers crossed I wont-car trouble sucks) I'll go back for sure!
