Customer service is not good they hang up on you as soon as they answer. Actually they don’t even say anything they will just listen to you say hello and hang up
On you it’s stupid.

I needed to raise this to 3 stars for 2 reasons. 1st their prices aren't too high. 2nd, back near the pharmacy, they have a blood work lab. This alone gets the extra star. So, no more waiting forever at a hospital or such to have blood work done. They are located closer to me as well.

Extremely high drug prices! Would be nice if pharmacists or technicians told a customer to check out Goodrx or Singlecare to save a substantial amount on a medication.... I would have saved 80% on a $160 dollar non-insurance covered medication! Would have gone a long way for customer service... especially for a senior citizen and retired service veteran! Not required to do so but would really sow concern for a customer! Thanks for nothing Walgreens Pharmacy!

Placed a pickup order and soon after received a message that my order was delayed. Waited a couple hours and called to see if it would be ready by closing time. Man who answered said better just come tomorrow and practically hung up on me. Got a message later saying it was ready. Went there even though it was getting close to closing because I needed something in the order. Same guy that answered the phone was my cashier and when I told him something was missing from my order he just replied that he didn’t pack it. I get it. He wanted to go home. But now I have to make another trip for something that wouldn’t have taken him long to get.

I want to purchase a product that you had to clip a coupon off of the app. The cashier, who was very nice, called his mgr. up to help find out how to do the procedure on the app. The manager just looked at me as a brush off attitude and said you have to clip the coupon. I am aware that she had WiFi in the store herself, but was offering up no information on how the app works. So I went out to my car to get on the app and try. I had the app originally. I tried to clip the coupon and it wouldn’t take. So I went back in to show the cashier and he understood my issue. He was very patient with me. He called the manager back up and she just shrugged her shoulders and said I don’t know just try deleting the app and walked away. I realize that technology has made life easier for businesses, but it has caused humans to ignore solving any problems that arise. Kindness matters

Guy working the photo section was impatient. I was typing in my phone number for rewards and he bypassed it midway through me typing.

I have no problem with the rest of the store staff at this location. I recently switched Walgreens pharmacy’s after I moved from the North Akron area to Canton south area. I’ll give my honest opinion without sugar coating it. The pharmacy staff is helpful, but extremely rude. They’ve wasted a lot of my time the last 4 times I’ve picked up my meds from Fulton rd location. They had to give me a “partial refill” of my month prescription and told me to come back today, Monday February 27th. I came back to pick them up and they said they were out of stock till Wednesday and they said today that they did a partial refill cause they didn’t have enough in the first place. Why not communicate this ? I could’ve had it transferred to another Walgreens that DID have it in stock.

If you like having your prescriptions thrown at you by Stephanie, then go to this location. They have horrible customer service at this location. You experience hold time if you have to call of an excess of 30 minutes. And they have no idea how to bill your insurance and will have an issue with it every time you come and when you ask about it and ask for somebody to correct the issue, you get an attitude by people like Stephanie who must hate her job and should get another one. When I complained to the pharmacist about this employee, he just made a face as he knows how she acts as he works with her on a day-to-day basis. This one employee has caused me and my family to stop our relationship with Walgreens and switch to another pharmacy as she is so unpleasant that none of us want to deal with her. Policies change from a day-to-day basis of this location as well. In the past my spouse can pick up my prescriptions but now, according to Stephanie, that's not possible. You have to show up in person, even if you're lying on your deathbed. this was never the policy in the past and my spouse is always able to pick up my prescriptions. The funny thing is that when I went to pick up my prescription, she didn't even ask for my ID after she gave my spouse a huge hard time about picking it up. The customer service at this location is unacceptable. Also when I had an issue with them billing my insurance, I have a primary and secondary insurance. She refused to bill the secondary insurance and just told me to pay it.

I use this Walgreens for dropping off Fed Ex boxes and grab some last minute items. Friendly workers, quick to help. The restrooms are even fairly clean. Easy to get in and out of too.
