WORST ever in customer service. the attitude i receive every time i deal with the pharmacy (and doesn't matter the location!! this is the worst however) and people wonder why shitnhits the fan…i refuse to shop there and have moved my pharmacy business. they are terrible!!!

The worst customer service. I’ve been on hold for over 1 hour today to ask about my 1 year olds medication. Which was sent to them over a week ago. I am very upset and will be switching pharmacies.

The service in the pharmacy is crap. Unfriendly people, you can stand for 1 hour waiting for attention and as if you didn't exist. It should be a requirement to work there, having good customer service

The pharmacy staff at this branch unfortunately are extremely slow and unprofessional. It's not a Walgreens problem as the service in North Canton Walgreens is extremely good.
If you have the option to send prescription elsewhere like Davies pharmacy, Aultman Pharmacy, Mercy or north canton branches do that instead.
I would caution using this one for urgent prescription needs.

U have ppl squatting outside the store then have a crack head up by thw door asking people for money and Walgreens won't do nothing about it maks ppl not want to use the store maybe if u post cpd officer there they will go away making ppl uncomfortable

Some of the people work there are great ,but today just took a turn . When i went to pick up a prescription the lady told me it was put away and than she look at it and said oo it was never hear . So she lied right off the bat. than said i might be in tomorrow but wasn't sure . than i ask to return a medication that i got from them and right away a different pharmacist yelled across ya that's good for three weeks out the fridge . I told it has been three weeks and no one told me keep it cold ." Been waiting on doctor appointment to show me how to use ". so the girl in front yelled loudly oo is must have been some girl that got fired they al laughed . was the biggest monkey show i seen in awhile . Evetime i pick up and ask about what is need for meds i picking up they always seem disgusted that i would even ask. I notice that every time i called with a problem for the last few months they always blame the computer for any problems , and I'm just trying to figure out if the meds can be mixed which most times it can't. If you want anyone your picking up meds for your going to have todo your own research on it and be firmer than you like for them to pay attention to your problem or meds your picking up. I get that they are in a hard place to work . Maybe if wall greens get more people in their to help out it might be better .As for me I have to switch Pharmacy for now to make sure i know what to give the person I'm taking care of and not talk to people that are to focused on pushing out numbers of pill as we know all corporations want more than personal care. god help us in the future no one cares anymore.

Walgreens has decent prices on some things but is a little high on some stuff. The staff at this particular Walgreens on Cleveland avenue is always a little snooty except for the pharmacy they're always very friendly
