U have ppl squatting outside the store then have a crack head up by thw door asking people for money and Walgreens won't do nothing about it maks ppl not want to use the store maybe if u post cpd officer there they will go away making ppl uncomfortable

Some of the people work there are great ,but today just took a turn . When i went to pick up a prescription the lady told me it was put away and than she look at it and said oo it was never hear . So she lied right off the bat. than said i might be in tomorrow but wasn't sure . than i ask to return a medication that i got from them and right away a different pharmacist yelled across ya that's good for three weeks out the fridge . I told it has been three weeks and no one told me keep it cold ." Been waiting on doctor appointment to show me how to use ". so the girl in front yelled loudly oo is must have been some girl that got fired they al laughed . was the biggest monkey show i seen in awhile . Evetime i pick up and ask about what is need for meds i picking up they always seem disgusted that i would even ask. I notice that every time i called with a problem for the last few months they always blame the computer for any problems , and I'm just trying to figure out if the meds can be mixed which most times it can't. If you want anyone your picking up meds for your going to have todo your own research on it and be firmer than you like for them to pay attention to your problem or meds your picking up. I get that they are in a hard place to work . Maybe if wall greens get more people in their to help out it might be better .As for me I have to switch Pharmacy for now to make sure i know what to give the person I'm taking care of and not talk to people that are to focused on pushing out numbers of pill as we know all corporations want more than personal care. god help us in the future no one cares anymore.

Walgreens has decent prices on some things but is a little high on some stuff. The staff at this particular Walgreens on Cleveland avenue is always a little snooty except for the pharmacy they're always very friendly

Abby, Allison, and Haley take very good care of me. I take a lot of medication and supplements, so just moving here. It was a little confusing for me, but these wonderful women helped me and still do after a year and a few months now. I don’t think they know how much they mean to me, but thank you for taking good care of my health, because without people like you, as a part of my recovery team, I wouldn’t be able to recover from my accident.Thanks again, you know I’ll see you soon or talk to you soon. :-) keep up the good work, these employees are great, over and beyond customer service. Keep hiring strong women like this. Pharmacy related: I sat there for a HOUR to get tested for Covid and what was suppose to be Covid and the flu as I had concerns of the flu. First it was my insurance had my birthday wrong, then it was ok I’ll get you in a second as the gentlemen then cares for multiple cars in drive thru. Finally a hour later they did the test but failed to test me for flu like they were suppose to as well. Especially with my concern being flu not Covid. Then to top things off I get home to realize tonight that the guy never gave me my license back.I get it’s busy no reason for me to be there a hour for a test that just involves a minute of swabbing

Ignorant and rude! I was told my son could fill important medication when he went to Florida at any walgreens. Definitely not true. Thanks for giving me the wrong information and potentially putting my son in danger. I'll never fill prescriptions here again. You don't even deserve 1 star

Called ahead of time to see when they stop doing passport photos, the person on the phone said they stop taking them at 8 pm and it was walk in basis only. I arrived in store at 7pm, (shortly after calling) only for the associate to tell me they couldn’t take a passport photo at this time because they needed to count their drawers soon. And the other employees didn’t know how to take these kinds of photos. Very poor customer service.

The pharmacy is on some trash ?️ not only did they not fill my medicine on time but they told me to come back in a hour in which they still didn't have it done so I come back at 5:30 and they closed ? since when do they close at 5
