Always have to wait when you go in for any kind of assistance. I went in to get information on phone payoff and how to transfer my number to another carrier. As soon as that was mentioned the last dropped answering my questions and began talking to the customer that entered after me.

Save yourself a headache and go to a different store. I bought a phone and the camera was defective so I returned it to the store. They exchanged it for a new one and then charged me $299 without telling me because my screen was cracked. I had the insurance that had free screen repair and when I explained this, the sales rep (clearly NOT customer service rep) said too bad. I left and went to a different store and they happily helped me out and had the charge removed.

Our family has been with Verizon for 10+ years. We went in for simple phone upgrades and got sold into switching from our family plan to a business plan because it would save us "so much money". The sales lady made us feel stupid for overpaying for a family plan for so long when we could have been on a business plan this whole time. It was a "No Brainer". We now have 4 extra lines that nobody uses, Our bill is NOT Cheaper nor is it accurate. The "Equipment charges" that reflect the new phones are not even assigned to the correct lines. It has become such a mess for our family to figure-out who owes how much for their service. We were at the Verizon store for over 2 hours making this "Money Saving" move. The thought of going back to try and reverse all this makes me so angry. I just want out of all of it and move on to another carrier.

This location is larger than the Chapel hill location. On this day they had approximately 10 working the floor. Even with that we still experienced around a 30 minute wait. The staff was attentive and addressed all of our issues they assisted us in every manor. This location has restrooms. I can’t understand hours how the others don’t.
Parking was plentiful and the parking lot was cleared from the recent snow fall.
When we found out that we needed a new phone they had the phone that we needed stock.

The Saturday before Christmas I went in to get a phone for my daughter. Sierra was a tremendous help. She was able to help me get a phone and a new account set up quickly. She was especially helpful and patient when I had to call the support line to transfer another phone from a different account to the new one we created. She helped to work with me to navigate the questions that they were asking and getting the needed information so we could get everything transferred over. I was really grateful for all of her help.

I’ve had Verizon 5 years. So I have been a loyal customer. My service has been so bad that I can barely get anything to come through on my phone 99.9% of the time unless I’m on WiFi. Also my bill has been going up almost every month. It was like $140 from the start and went up to $165. Just months apart. I have 1 phone!!!!! Now you know why I’m mad. For some reason Verizon took it upon their self to put me in some type of high bundling deal. (Known for price gauging) and they are making me pay WAY more than I need to. I talked to a representative yesterday and the ONLY option they had was to rebundle me so they can raise my bill in December. I left after 5 years. No more price gauging, horrible customer service, terrible TERRIBLE service. I mean Verizon you say you have service EVERYWHERE.. so how come I can’t get a single thing to come up on my phone when I’m not connected to WiFi??? So glad I will never have to deal with you rip offs again

This place is a waste of space. The manager is rude and worthless as well as the employees. Ordered 2 phones online for pickup, waited 8 hours for them to fulfill the order and once it was ready for pickup they wouldn’t let me get the phones. The service was so bad that after 10 years with Verizon, I’m switching to a cheaper provider

Went in looking to upgrade my phone when I said I wanted to upgrade and go with a google pixel the salesman goes “ewww” and at that point I honestly didn’t even want a phone anymore let alone do business with someone who is condescending! I’ll probably just go to Best Buy and get a phone at least they aren’t pushy or rude!

Verizon.
Has the worst customer service ever if you ever have a problem You will never get ahold of anybody.They will always have you talk to a recording.Terrible service always problems.Bad company avoid at all cost
