Always busy with limited staff at counter. Mail Staff is great and efficient. Increase staff needed. Prepare to wait 10 mins in line at busy times--noon to 2pm and 4:30 to 5pm. Passport office is best at appointment. This location never answers phone calls, so do not waste time calling.
