Carrier CARRIES A WOODEN STICK/BAT
Is very hostile towards my neighbors and their dogs. Last week he pulled the stick from his bag and said i wish these dogs would. Today, he raised it from his bag and threatened to "thump" their 8LB DOGS. The lady said not to come onto her property even tho her dogs were under control and enclosed on her porch. He then escalates the situation weapon in hand and says this is for dogs and people who don't listen. Myself and another neighbor at this point go out and he begins to get in our space with the wooden stick. His behavior is not necessary and is unacceptable...

I don't know anything about in-person service, since I live outside of Canton and they just serve as my central branch.However, the management was very responsive. I had an issue with a package and called to see what was going on. The carrier had already gone home, so the manager assured me he would call me back the next day once he talked to her. Imagine my shock when he actually did! On top of that, the carrier made a special point to talk to me to let me know what happened. I was very impressed. Things happen, but it's not very often that you can get a resolution that makes you feel like you're a valued customer!

The ladies working the counter in lobby are so rude. Customers tell them good morning or hello the don’t say nothing. They have attitude problems. I have a P.O. Box and was working two jobs so I couldn’t check my box often. I received a yellow card stating too much mail. I go into lobby and lady was rude telling me I need to come get my mail or they forcing me to get a bigger box.. then today I go in to pick a package up I said o this is kind of heavy the lady said you ordered it u should know how heavy it is. A kids table is not always heavy. I seen people ask them questions and they get rude for no reason. If they hate they job that bad why don’t they quit. I’ve be a Customer there for years never had issue. Todays world, they need an attitude adjustment

The mail MAN that delivers on the SE (Kimball Rd) side that is a substitute for our mail lady has an attitude problem, and now has not delivered our mail in two days.. He was very vulgar and needs to be fired!!! The mail Lady (our usual carrier) Is a sweet heart.

I usually get mail, even junk mail, but all of a sudden it goes days before I get any. I ended up signing up to get alerts letting me know what's coming that day and I am missing 2 items that I was supposed to get on Monday.Others who live in the same building I do have complained about not getting mail and the postal carrier doesn't get to us until 6:00pm.I'vt called today to talk to someone but the phone rang 22 times with no one picking up!!

Terrible service, send a certified package from Spain to Canton, they never sent the letter of arrival to the recipient, the worst thing was when he went to the mail they told him that nothing has arrived, which is surely a scam. SCAM the employees of that post office have, they opened the box and stole part of what was inside. This is unacceptable, that instead of providing a satisfactory service, they cheat and STEAL the user. THIEVES

I ordered car parts online all the time and I usually don't have a problem getting them delivered but this time was a hassle. I pay shipping and handling for a reason and expect not to have to run around for 2 days trying to find the mail man or women to get my parts. They leave a sorry we missed you slip when I was home all that day. They should have left a slip telling the truth. "Sorry I'm to lazy to bring my truck by after or before my route to drop your parts so I'm going to have you have to run around for days trying to find them". I'm very disappointed with the quality of service and from all the bad reviews I assume I'm not the only one.
