These people should be in jail. My grandmother fell victim and spent so much money with this horrible company and the coins are worth nearly nothing!

If I could give less than a star I would. This company is a complete rip off and they prey on elderly people who don’t know any better. The products they sell for hundreds of dollars are worth basically nothing. My grandmother bought thousands of dollars worth of coins from this company and will only be getting about 10% back. Not only that but they send coins that were not ordered them either automatically charge for them or send a bill further confusing an older company. Whoever owns this company should be ashamed. I hope your grandparents never fall victim to a person like you.

I purchased the "America the Beautiful State Quarter Dollar Framed Collection" on January 14, 2020. After two weeks and no indication it had shipped I called their customer service. Customer service quickly found the order and told me it typically takes 10-20 days to ship. After over a month, I called again. This time they informed me they could find no record of my order. After putting me on hold several times over the course of 10 to 15 minutes and speaking with the manger, they found the order but now said it was on back order and could take up to two months to ship. After questioning how long I should wait before checking back, I was told that it would probably ship within another two weeks. After asking if I would be contacted if it would take longer, I was told it would probably be shipped in a week. Why does the shipping date keep changing? Why can't you just answer the question? When I asked again if I would be contacted if it did not ship within that timeframe I was told "I don't know." I said I wanted what I had purchased, but did not want to go through the hassle of a 15-20 minute phone call every time their shipping was delayed. Customer service was consistently rude, basically calling me a liar when I said the former person I spoke with said it would ship within 10 to 20 days: "That's not the verbiage we use." This, even though the agent said she was not familiar with these types of orders, whatever that means. It was apparently my fault even though there was no communication or assurance of when my order would be fulfilled even though they had already charged me over a month ago. Would not do business with them again.

Purchased Presidential golden dollar coin collection. Paid for full collection in advance. Now since the Jimmy Carter coin was not minted, they want you to pay extra for a replacement replica coin. REALLY! ...won't be doing no more business with them.

Very Miss leading in their Certificates of authenticity. They try to fool you with their wording.

Yes, I said Identity Theft... Actually more of Possible Idetity Theft. Why? Oh, Let's see... All of my purchases up until I ordered the Titanic Coins from here were SECURE! No troubles at all... Until this point. Then I check my bank accout one day and it came up that there were two holds on my account. One for a clothing store in California and another charge for a hotel! WHAT?! For one: I have NEVER even been to California and two: I couldn't even afford to buy patches for my worn out jeans, much les buy new clothes and stay in a hotel. The bright side is I caught it before the charges went through ad called the bank as soon as I could (In this way, it was a good thing it was a holiday weekend). NEVER again will I get anything from this "So-called" company... Even if it is Titanic stuff. I'll stick with Ebay, thank you. That's sad when Ebay and PayPal is more sercure than something with "United States" in its comapny's name. I did, however get my order and love them, but will not order from this place again.

What one of the reviewer has written is true but if you just stick to the 5 grams it's not a terribly horrible offer. I live in Hawaii and purchase silver regularly mostly from the U. S. Mint or American Precious Metals Exchange and it is easy to do the math to determine what you should be paying for a gram of silver (which in the case of this offer is a total of 5 grams). The attraction for me is that shipping is a considerable expense for those of us who live here. Shipping costs have often been referred to as the "cost of living in paradise." While I am not so sure about the paradise part the shipping part is huge! We get gouged for it here so that the $9.95 for shipping of the 5 grams is a relatively fair price, and they are not charging us here in Hawaii anymore than the $9.95 for the shipping which I found to be surprising because it is usually twice as much to ship here! The key to this though is to not buy anything else from them because their silver eagle prices are at least $15 - $20 more expensive than buying them direct from the Mint or APMEX.

Just got an add in the paper today from these guys...the headline reads "FREE silver goes to public in new bailout". The add goes on to say you get "5 free silver ingots" when you mail a check for $9.95. When I called to ask what ounce the "ingot" is, they said 1 gram ! So, that means you get 5 grams for $9.95 (or $1.99 per gram). Today's silver spot price is about $37 an ounce, (or $1.19 per gram). Most places add about $2 more per ounce for trading. SO, even at the regular trading price, say $39 per ounce, a FAIR price per gram would be $1.25, maybe a $1.35 per gram. These guys are charging $61.89 PER OUNCE !!!! WHAT A RIP-OFF That's $23 MORE then the average trading retail price of $39 per ounce. I'm sure they deliver what they say, but do the homework first on metals....don't be a s***** for cheeseball advertising. You'd be an idiot to buy at their prices !
