“The Guys here Wowed me, with regards to how they took care of me. i had a DEF issue while i was in Ohio, and it was late. i googled Freightliner and find this one was still opened. by the time i got to the shop it was almost 12 midnight, some of the Mechanics were already leaving for the night. one of them was still in his work-clothes, before i could finish what i was saying, he grabbed his Diagnostic Equipment, find it was the DEF pump. and asked if i wanted it done same night. "YES, i said" this guy went under my truck. From Check In to Check out was about over an Hour, i had never seen anyone so dedicated to helping a customer. That means a whole lot to me. I was trying to see someone back home one week apart, 2500 miles. The truck had a problem each of those two times they had it replaced within three hours. I still made my deliveries the next day. Amazing amazing.

I must say they are a great teammate this local office. Nick took me under his wing after hearing what it happened in the hurricane over a year before I was stranded in Savannah Georgia. He had not even read everything that I sent him when he requested it. He just gave me a fair deal and got me on the road.

I will definitely use these guys again for sure. I was excited to get up today and not burn any daylight. What a feeling I had I was unsure but had to react. Nick Crisalli wasn't in there first thing of course I was calling too early lol regardless I trusted, I started heading towards Canton from Miamisburg, Ohio , we communicated very well. I brought the unit back. Had it cleaned out? I thanked the garage for the entire time. They would always answer the phone to get me some help when I had a question about the truck.
