I went in for an oil change and they weren't able to do it because of problems removing the skid plate or worries of being able to put it back on successfully. The guy who usually does my oil changes who is temporarily unavailable never has a problem getting it off, doing the oil change, and putting it back on. But I was respectful about it and told them I would just go elsewhere. Later the next morning I was still smelling oil while driving my car and discovered when opening the hood that they never put the oil cap back on and the oil spilled all over my engine. Although they were able to partially de-grease it the next morning for free after recognizing their mistake, you could tell they didn't truly care and the service manager never took the initiative to apologize first. They will continue to get plenty of business without me of course, but I am one less customer they will ever have due to their incompetence and lack of caring. Lastly, I was able to get the oil change done elsewhere and there weren't any problems but unfortunately I had to pay 60 dollars extra to get it more thoroughly de-greased.

I can't recommend this place enough. Their customer service is outstanding. I came in to replace 2 tires. They're pretty uncommon but they had them in stock. They told my other 2 tires were in rough shape and should be replaced. I told them I couldn't afford to replace all four, and because they've worked with my employer for a long time, they offered to replace all four and let me pay for the other two later after I got paid. They also told me I had a light out and when I declined to have it replaced, they did it anyways for no charge. I think from now on I will get my tires exclusively from them.

I have been a customer here for two years, ever since they fixed a serious imbalance in some new tires purchased and put on elsewhere. They are honest and efficient in there work and have always answered any questions I might have had.

I had a tire sensor that was dead and the light was bothering me , I called to see if they could check it out asap and get it replaced and they got me checked in the same day in under an hour! Love this location, always super friendly and understanding!
