? My pets have been going to Thompson's Animal Hospital for many years. Everyone on that team is a bonus to the business. Doctors Robin and Kent are definitely in the right profession. They take their time. I never feel rushed. They answer any questions and make recommendations and suggestions for ongoing care... making you feel like you're the only patient in the building. ?

I enjoyed taking my dogs to them but my pug has a anal gland problem the guy dr told me that anytime she needed to have her anal gland done to just call and that he wasn't going to charge me so I called today and tried to get a appointment and I told the lady what the Dr said about not charging me and she tells me that there is a charge for everything I said ma'am the Dr told me that there would not be a charge so we scheduled the appointment and 2 minutes later I get a voice-mail from them saying that Dr Thompson has canceled my appointment and that I need to find another vet I hate when these vets can't keep their word they already charge you a arm and leg for everything that they do but I draw the line when you just tell your customers what they want to hear and then don't follow through I would not recommend taking your animals to them unless you get everything they say to you in writing

Amazing place. They Do Care about Animal. We had a like a big emergency, sadly they had no place for schedule for the day. But as soon we told the Vet the problem. Immediately they said YES come by. Thanks for that kindness our Pet was recovery fast.

I called about my cat having diarrhea she said to bring stool sample in she never told me to bring money with me. So I got my ride to there I went in standing at the counter there were two people there too the gentleman said you go first so I said here is my cats poop and she said that will be 15 dollars I said you didn't tell me it would cost money she replied back to me well everything isn't free. So I didn't reply back to her rude comment I looked into my purse for me debit card I said I don't have a debit card I have to get it in the mail do you have credit or can I bring it tomorrow she even said we don't run things for free. rude comment again there was none from the office out there but the two customers and me and her. So she took the poop I went to my bus ride outside and explained to the bus driver how she treated me and he paid it for me God bless for kind people. She not only embarrassed me to no end and those two customers saw it all. I have never said an unkind word at Thompson animal clinic since I have been going there. I need the vet to address this person. I have to think about if I want to take me Zoie Linn my cat there again. God bless you all. If you have any questions about this matter give me a call.

There is not enough good things to say about this these people are great their staff is very very caring and loving they are very very helpful for my mother with her new puppy very very happy with the customer service we received from Robin and Kent
