Beware of exchange policy!!!
I had great service from the company and the delivery men were very nice. However when I wanted to exchange my bed after a three day trial I was given the company’s policy. While this policy was posted my salesman certainly gave me the impression that it would be simple and no further expense. It would have cost me between $300-400 dollars for a less expensive mattress if I decided to exchange it. In the end I purchased a pillow top that I could put on top of the very firm mattress to make it softer. That only cost an additional $140. Just beware that exchange is not so simple and expensive.

We definitely received 5 star service. We checked out all the pillow top mattresses which were double sided, which was so original. The prices were a little elevated but they don't fluctuate all year so whether it's Presidents day or not it is the same price. The saleswoman was very professional and knowledgeable on the mattresses. I highly recommend this establishment for all your sleep needs.

Fantastic example if the franchise. Our salesman was excellent. Worked with us to find the mattress we needed without pressuring us into something we didn't. He also worked with us to find a delivery solution as our home is too far from the factory. When the mattress arrived it was heavenly and worth every penny. I swear by original mattress factory mattresses as they are high quality, comfortable and last for many years. I will always come back when it is time to replace a mattress!

We've been an Original Mattress Factory family for at least sixteen years, and we shall remain so! Ever since I heard their commercials on the radio years ago, I determined that our next mattress would be from OMF. We purchased a queen-size, top-of-the-line pillow top and fell in love! Amazing quality, great in-store service from friendly, knowledgable staff who never pressure us, and unbeatable prices is why we speak highly of OMF and have converted several family members to their mattresses.

First experience with Original Mattress Factory. Salesman John not only displayed a vast knowledge of the products but also the company. My wife and I liked his no pressure approach. Picked out the mattress that met our needs for a fair price. Delivered as scheduled by 2 polite gentleman. It's only a week later so too early to give a fair review of the mattress but so far so good.

Great customer service and great matteesses. I waited until they opened after the COVID-19break just so I could get a great mattress. I won't buy a mattress anywhere but here. Love this place.

I would rate 0 Stars if I could worst service I ever experienced especially with the delivery when I went in to order my bed they knew I was in a wheelchair and I could get hurt easy but they give me a bed frame that's very unsafe for a disabled person that's paying them $1,200 it's on wheels that do not lock the mattress is so oddly shaped sheets don't fit properly this bed is so unsafe it's pathetic plus the mattress is going bad and I've only had the bed less than a month and with what other people say about having to pay extra to have them fixed everything I'm just going to take my money and go elsewhere I wished I would have in the first place plus the delivery people lied to me stating my service dog bit him when I had my maintenance man as a witness my service dog did not bite the man my service dog didn't even interact with the man worst place you can shop at and give your money to and actually it's a $2,000 fine to interfere with a service dog team especially lying about the service dog I'll see you in court for my $2,000 for interference of service dog

I get charged a $200 fee to get a new bed PLUS the difference of a new one because the first bed has springs stabbing me while I sleep. Don't have a choice this time, but will NOT be a return customer.
